They immediately found the problem and made the repair along with completing a maintenance checklist on both garage doors. The service was great and the technician were very informative and friendly. This is the first time we've used this company, but certainly will not be the last. I called late in the day, yet they came out that evening, making the statement 'same day service' a true one. Repairs were completed, and garage door(s) worked perfectly after that. Repairs. Track Replaced. New wheels, and maintenance service on both motors. Highly Recommend.

The electric that was run to the electric gate looks poor and will cost me another contractor to fix. Also, the tech did a hack job on my gate and there a bunch or jagged edges now. This was an electric gate install, not garage door

After the spring on our garage door broke we had called a few different garage door repair companies. The next day after no one had returned our call, I found Precision online and called them. They were able to get a technician (Chris) out to us in Aledo that same day, gave us a quote and did the repairs right then and there. I was so grateful to have such quick service and Chris seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly. I would highly recommend them!

I definitely reccommend Precision if you are in need of repairs. Garage Door springs broke 3 days ago, called yesterday afternoon. Sam came today and replaced 2 garage door springs, 30 new door rollers and serviced the screw drive tracks. All 3 garage doors now function like new. Sam was very professional and did a quick and efficient job. Also, thank you for supporting military veterans and giving us a discount.
