Work was good - but charge was way too much. This had happened before and I got another firm to do the same work for about 1/3 of this price. I will not use this firm again for that reason.

The service was excellent. The Service Tech arrived within two hours of the call and completed the repairs in an hour and a half. This is the second time I have used them. The Service Tech was excellent.

Prompt and professional. Used the chat on Saturday afternoon when the torsion spring broke. Had an appt for 10-12 on Sunday and Chris called at 9:45 Sun am to say he would be there in 20 minutes. He was. Fixed the door springs in less than an hour. Little frustrated that chat could not give a ballpark figure so don't know if it was a good price or not. Seemed a little expensive. But door is fixed properly.

We had our garage door spring replaced previously and had a great experience, so we called agin when we started to have problems with our garage door opener. Chris had to do some custom work on the bracket, but everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the new garage door opener. He was very professional and helpful.
