A bracket broke on the garage door where it attaches to the opener arm. When it broke, the garage door was useless. I did a quick fix myself but knew I needed some expert help to truely fix the door opener so that it would be safe to operate. Cameron arrived as scheduled and went through his safety checklist. I approved his recommendations and he went to work. New rollers, a new bracket assembly, alignment, adjustments and lubrication. My garage door works perfectly. Cameron was methodical in his approach and also friendly as he worked on the garage door. We discussed our shared hobby and I was very happy with the repairs and with Cameron as well. It's obvious that Customer Service is a high priority with Precision Garage Door. I couldn't be happier with the results. And thanks again Cameron for your service to our country. Go Navy!

Garage door won’t open. At my age, I could not use manual one. Thus, I needed the same day service. Contacted the two companies who served before. They could not accommodate. Saw your flyer that mentioned same day service. Called you . Hurray! Sam came within 4 hours and finished the job in about 45 minutes. Thank you

We had two new single doors and one double size door installed and with garage door openers. All 3 doors were insulated and had the window on tops. Our new doors look awesome. The opening for the 3 bays were all different sizes and required some customization on the day of installation. They had to make cuts in the concrete ramp in order for the door guides to come all the way down to the garage floor. Our previous door company did not do that and we had a gap at the bottom. Precision door took the time to ensure that they fit like a glove. This will make the garage/hubby's shop much warmer in the winter time. The only issue we had was that only one (1) technician came out to install the three doors (one was a double door) and openers. The salesman originally told us that 4 or 5 guys would install them and would only take 1/2 a day. Well it took 1-1/2 days, which we did not really plan for. We had to shuffle our Saturday plans around. However, the one guy did a fantastic job and was very friendly and likeable. We definitely would recommend them. Don't waste your money buying cheap doors at your big box store - there is a big difference in the door and installation.

Patrick came early to replace my broken garage door opener. I was very glad that he could do that. He even called to tell me that he was on his way. He explained the new opener very well. He told me it would take about forty-five minutes to install it. That is how long he took. He even cleaned up the garage floor so that it looked better than when he started! I'm so glad that I got this company to help me. I'm really enjoying a great working garage door opener now.

Excellent and prompt service. We called in the morning for service. The technician (Eric Warner) came out that evening. Eric replaced our old garage door opener with a new belt driven opener and also replaced the door springs which were broken. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. I appreciate April sending Sam to work with the other fella. The other fella was a bit nervous and his work had to be redone as the rails on the initial install were not put in plumb (level) so the movement of the wheels created additional noise. Sam corrected but we had to have someone take pictures and then a great deal of discussion with Eric. So although ended well with same correcting, it should have been installed correctly the first time and created a lot of energy and time on my part for something where a professional installer would ensure the rails and movement were minimal. Bit disappointed in the big door noise that although a thicker metal the door movement and panels create more noise than expected and discussed. Again, appreciate Eric and Sam's help in correcting the small door issue; however, should not have ever happened. Rating - b
