He explained the three choices I had and allowed me to pick the one that met my needs. He replaced the main spring and door rollers. Absolutely professional!

Our technician, Joe, arrived on time ready help us out of a serious predicament. With both cars parked inside, one of the torsion springs on our 500 lb wood paneled garage door broke making it impossible to raise the door. Precision Door offered same day service and Joe was able to replace all four springs in about an hour so we were able to keep our scheduled appointments. Excellent 5-star service. Would highly recommend.
