Tylor Morse worked very nice & beautifully. But I think the problem is in the company. The price of the garage door opener of Genie 2128 installed today is only $ 345.35 but I paid $1,020 all together. Most of them is labor charge. Tylor worked only exactly 45 min. Isn't it ridiculous? Not easy to recommend this company to my neighbors.

when I called customer service they misinformed me by giving me a minimum package of $499, which according to the CS agent included garage door opener and installation. I made apptm and when the guy came said the less expensive was over $1,000 and that CS handles different states and can make mistakes. Also everytime I asked CS a question their answer was I don't know. I called 2-3 times and it was the same poor service where they don't know what they are selling. Of course I canceled everything.

That should be common, but we’ve experienced some very unprofessional companies here. Was quoted $730 to replace a single large spring above my garage door. Insanity. Immediately called overhead door and was quoted $300 for the same spring. These good reviews are astroturfing at its finest or people are truly ignorant to be paying these king of prices.

The gentleman that came and gave us a quote was nice and professional. I ended up getting another quote from another company that was half the price. I got the springs, bearings, a couple brackets and the rod all replaced in the amount of money that I was quoted from you just for the springs themselves. Precision installed our last garage door opener purchased from a big box store. When our motor quit this morning (with the door open) we needed help fast. I didn’t realize it was over 10 years old!
