Gave me a confirmation of home appointment after the initial call. Received a call from the field tech 30minute before arrival. Provided excellent review and diagnosis of my hardware. Provided a quote for updated parts repair/replacement strategy. The field tech also provided a quote for all new door hardware systems to consider. In the end...we were able to refresh my current hardware, beefed up one of the weaker panels, replaced the springs, replaced the horizontal screw runner, greased the track.....left me with an outstanding repair and very quiet door. Very pleased with the service, fast, on time, excellent explanation and quality workmanship....the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Door Service

Christopher was very polite and helpful. My doors are heavy as they are 9 by 18 and he put in what i needed also he would work with me on the price so I had him go ahead and install the openers as mine were 22 years old. He was very helpful and I would rate his service as FIVE STAR. I chose Precision as they we're the first on the list when I pulled them up online and the other door people wanted to weigh my doors before they would give me a price. Also the lifetime warranty on the door springs helped me to decide as I have had the door springs replaced in the past. I got the rollers because they were lifetime and my others were plastic. Christopher also said if I had any problems to call him and he would help me.
