Hi, my name is Sam. I am a certified garage door technician out of Houston, TX. I recently moved to Dallas where I have found my home with Precision Door Service DFW. My goal is to maintain a high quality of workmanship and provide excellent customer service. When I am not working on garage doors I am spending as much time as I can with my beautiful family. Sam came out today with Jonathan. This was a fantastic experience! Sam explained everything and went over options. I ended up replacing my garage door opener. Sam is very neat, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I like that they do not charge a service fee to come out and look to see what is wrong and even come out on weekends. I would definitely recommend Sam and Precision Door for all garage door services.

Bravo to the Precision Team...specifically my tech Sam. He was awesome. Right on time, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and an all around great guy. He diagnosed my issue VERY quickly and went to work to fix it immediately. He replaced 2 coils and 8 hinges in a less than an hour. Great experience...i would Highly recommend Precision and SAM to anyone needing Garage help!!

No-one likes anything to breakdown on the weekend, especially your garage door! But if you call Precision, a wonderful dispatcher like Kendra fixes you up with a convenient WEEKEND SERVICE CALL at no extra cost! Then it gets better, a great service tech like Sam arrives there just a bit before the service window times and does a fast repair and a thorough maintenance on the door to keep you in business! Oh, you need to know I am not related to or connected to Precision in any way! Two thumbs up!

Sam just left. replaced the spring on my double door. Was very professional and did it quickly. The cost was HALF of the other bid for which I am very grateful. Told the other vendor to take a hike. Also, lifetime warranty sure beats the 3 year warranty that OTHER company gives. The door itself along with the rails is close to needing replacement. He gave us a quote for that and we will be calling you soon. I'll be recommending your company in our NextDoor website. It is so refreshing to get excellent service at a good price. Thank you!

Garage door won’t open. At my age, I could not use manual one. Thus, I needed the same day service. Contacted the two companies who served before. They could not accommodate. Saw your flyer that mentioned same day service. Called you . Hurray! Sam came within 4 hours and finished the job in about 45 minutes. Thank you

I appreciate April sending Sam to work with the other fella. The other fella was a bit nervous and his work had to be redone as the rails on the initial install were not put in plumb (level) so the movement of the wheels created additional noise. Sam corrected but we had to have someone take pictures and then a great deal of discussion with Eric. So although ended well with same correcting, it should have been installed correctly the first time and created a lot of energy and time on my part for something where a professional installer would ensure the rails and movement were minimal. Bit disappointed in the big door noise that although a thicker metal the door movement and panels create more noise than expected and discussed. Again, appreciate Eric and Sam's help in correcting the small door issue; however, should not have ever happened. Rating - b

Great service! My technician was Sam and he made everything work better than it had in a long time. You can hardly hear the door moving now. He said he wouldn’t quit until I was completely satisfied and he didn’t! I also got immediate service.

Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. Our door's spring broke, so we couldn't open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn't have been easier or quicker!

Our family is extremely pleased with the service Precision provided with our garage door. We could have received same-day service, but our schedules did not align with the company's availability. However, a technician was punctual in the next-day two-hour time frame upon which we agreed, and the technician arrived close to the beginning of that window. Additionally, the technician's expertise with a previous installation has saved us future costs and damages to our door and unit. Lastly, we are very pleased with how quickly the technician completed the work (less than 20 minutes). The lifetime warranty for parts is an added bonus!

Very impressed with Precision and their service. Texts on their website were answered immediately and an appointment was set up quickly. The technician came to my house at the very beginning of the 2-hour window and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was very professional. The men came out the same day we called and replaced the broken spring on our garage door that was over 25 years old. They called before they came and did excellent work for reasonable fee.
