The most important thing is when something isn't quite right does the company willingly remedy it, and THAT is just one great thing about Precision Door. The service I needed was annual lubrication and checkup; turns out I needed a new belt drive which I hadn't noticed but which was obvious once he showed me. Then my slab is not level and the way the door was adjusted the first time needed a 2nd attempt. As soon as I called about it, a manager called me from his vacation, got the appt. arranged and in 24 hours the 2nd adjustment was made. It's now perfect, looks level to the eye and is whisper quiet. THANK YOU.

The electric that was run to the electric gate looks poor and will cost me another contractor to fix. Also, the tech did a hack job on my gate and there a bunch or jagged edges now. This was an electric gate install, not garage door

The technician Ray Smith was very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and on time. He performed the repairs to my garage door in less than an hour. My only disappointment is the astronomical mark-up for the parts used. My total bill came to a little under $600, $400 of which was only 2 wires and 2 bearings the you can buy on Amazon for less than $100 total. I am very grateful for Precision’s promptness and expertise but the up-sale of materials used is ridiculous.

I had to called then 3 times in less than a year to come fix the garage door that was not repaired properly. Every time they came visit they wanted me to pay for new things that didn’t work. Besides it was too expensive. I don’t recommend this company.

My garage door did not work last Friday morning. I contacted Precision at 9am and Austin was at our home by 2pm. Springs had broken and he completely repaired within an hour and provided an inspection and lube at no additional cost. We had a new garage door opener installed today by technician Asa Reeves. Asa did an excellent job and worked through several minor issues. This was a new install in an older home that had been prewired years ago. Asa was very pleasant and answered all my questions and thoroughly explained all features of the new opener. My wife and I both are very impressed by Asa and his friendly and professional conduct. If all technicians are equal to Asa we will be a loyal Precision customer.

Expensive and charged over $250 to spray a chain and not even open the motor or look at inside. Do maintenance yourself to save that. Also was told there was no charge to come out and got billed $49.00 for a trip fee. $200 was apparently to spray the chain with lube. Will not use again.

Within the time frame provided for the appointment, the servicemen called to alert me to their arrival in 10-15 minutes and then called me again upon arrival. They were professional and courteous, explaining in some detail the work required, the associated costs, and the approximate time to complete. I will not call any other door company when future replacement, service, or repair work is needed.
