Precision is hands down the best garage door service on the market. I called to make an appointment and they were able to come out that very day. Their technicians’ are knowledgeable and speak honestly about your service needs. My garage door has never run so smoothly. Mike Brickner and his Assistant came out on a Friday afternoon from Ft Worth to Carrollton within minutes of my call to the office. He diagnosed the problem and had the garage door fixed within an hour. They did a great job and I will use them again as the need arises. He Installed Springs , rollers, cables-

Service was outstanding! Cost was okay for those parts needed but $500 worth of equipment that was NOT necessary installed without any indication of the additional cost. Told that two springs were safer than one ($250) and that plastic rollers were better than steel ones ($150). Almost unethical to suggest those "improvements" and not state the added cost. Actually, I asked about the cost associated with the rollers but was told he didn't know off hand.
