But if you call Precision, a wonderful dispatcher like Kendra fixes you up with a convenient WEEKEND SERVICE CALL at no extra cost! Then it gets better, a great service tech like Sam arrives there just a bit before the service window times and does a fast repair and a thorough maintenance on the door to keep you in business! Oh, you need to know I am not related to or connected to Precision in any way! Two thumbs up!

Your company did an excellent job replacing my overhead garage door opener. Your technicians came out the same day I called. They were professional, thorough and very efficient. They were a pleasure to work with. The technicians replaced my entire garage door opener with new belt and rail. They made sure my car was synced to the new opener before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris did an excellent job on repairing my garage door. This was our first time using precision door, and I see us using them in the future. He was precise, polite, and courteous in doing his work. Sam just left. replaced the spring on my double door. Was very professional and did it quickly. The cost was HALF of the other bid for which I am very grateful. Told the other vendor to take a hike. Also, lifetime warranty sure beats the 3 year warranty that OTHER company gives. The door itself along with the rails is close to needing replacement. He gave us a quote for that and we will be calling you soon. I'll be recommending your company in our NextDoor website. It is so refreshing to get excellent service at a good price. Thank you!

The tech who came out basically tried to blame me for certain things. I was not impressed to the point that I might look for service else where. I have always thought you all were great but this time I was disappointed.

I thank GOD for Patrick; he was very polite and every educated on what he does. Patrick showed me pointers on what another tech had done 2 yrs ago; he put old and reused springs on my garage door and charged me allot and two difference sizes at that. Wow!!! So, because of Patrick I know the difference between new parts and used parts. Patrick gave me a time as to when he would be completed; he finished ahead of time and got me financed at a payment that I could afford. Now that's GOD!!! Patrick was the best. Great guy very friendly. Explained to me what he was doing. Spent about an hour and put the garage door back on the track and lubricated everything and took care of the springs. Great job By a great technician. Thank you

Patrick with precision garage doors did an excellent job for me working with my antiquated equipment. He figured everything out and was above and beyond giving great service. I’m so happy they sent him. I am sure that I will need them again and I will absolutely call Precision and ask for Patrick. I forgot to use my 25% coupon but I’m so pleased with his professionalism, i think he made up for it.

A bracket broke on the garage door where it attaches to the opener arm. When it broke, the garage door was useless. I did a quick fix myself but knew I needed some expert help to truely fix the door opener so that it would be safe to operate. Cameron arrived as scheduled and went through his safety checklist. I approved his recommendations and he went to work. New rollers, a new bracket assembly, alignment, adjustments and lubrication. My garage door works perfectly. Cameron was methodical in his approach and also friendly as he worked on the garage door. We discussed our shared hobby and I was very happy with the repairs and with Cameron as well. It's obvious that Customer Service is a high priority with Precision Garage Door. I couldn't be happier with the results. And thanks again Cameron for your service to our country. Go Navy!

Bravo to the Precision Team...specifically my tech Sam. He was awesome. Right on time, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and an all around great guy. He diagnosed my issue VERY quickly and went to work to fix it immediately. He replaced 2 coils and 8 hinges in a less than an hour. Great experience...i would Highly recommend Precision and SAM to anyone needing Garage help!!
