A broken spring Friday afternoon, fixed by Saturday at noon. Precision was quick, efficient, and honest. They use top-flight replacement parts so the pricing is above the norm. Still, the peace of mind that comes with pro parts and pro service is well worth a few dollars more.

Waiting until the install is done before I give 5 stars, but I can tell you that the quote and order process is 4 stars. Fast scheduling of a quote visit. Tryton, our rep, was within the time period quoted to arrive. He called to say he was on the way, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable about the products and services, and answered all my questions. He explained next steps and was everything one could ask for in a sales representative. Would definitely recommend!

I originally had a broken spring and called three different companies for quotes. Ian was the 3rd tech to come to my house today and was by far the best. He had a very professional attitude but was also down to earth and understanding of my concerns and needs. He explained the pricing and warranty information and we shook on it. The price beat both other companies, and his knowledge and customer service beat them as well. He replaced my spring system and installed a top of the line belt motor that was unbelievable silent. Highly recommend this company and Ian.

The website is very informative and staff appear to be very professional. They performed a consultation on my garage door needs. The technician was very confident and stands behind their products and services, stating their products are of good quality not like what one would buy at a local store (not mentioning any store names). They were very prompt in coming out today. I requested 2 estimates, one for a new door and one for just repairing the current door. He provided a print out of the estimates. Now just waiting for a phone call to schedule a garage install for the next day.

My garage door needed both the torsion springs replaced after loosing all of their tension. I called Precision at 2:00 PM and a service technician, Drey was here by 4:00 PM the same day. Drey was great to work with and his work awesome. I think it only took about 30 or 40 minutes and my garage door was back up and running. Yes the parts are expensive but you really can tell the quality is worth every scent. Will highly recommend Precision to others.

Had two new doors and operators. 4 months later one completely came off track due to cable lock on one side due what appeared to be improper installation of the track. They came out and the tech (who was nice and just doing his job) quoted me $1,100 to fix it. I asked why it was not covered under warranty and he called two supervisors who both did not hesitate to blame us and said if it was their fault then it would’ve happened earlier, so it must have been our fault. The tech agreed there was no damage to door and it really was not our fault.

Ordered 2 garage doors back in early Nov 2021 and 4 months later still trying to get updates from MIA owner on when my doors will be completely in and installed. Extremely hard to get anyone on the phone that can give updates just get the run around. I would NOT recommend using this company!!’

My spring broke on my garage door. It's our main entrance to the house, so I had to get it fixed. I googled garage door repair and after looking at some reviews I chose Precision. I made an appointment and Carlos came to the rescue. He was very friendly and after informing me what he needed to do, I agreed. He is a hard worker and was very thorough with not only replacing the spring with a double spring system, but looking over the rest of the door for other problems. Got it done quickly and was on the way to another call. Thank you.
