We had our garage door spring replaced previously and had a great experience, so we called agin when we started to have problems with our garage door opener. Chris had to do some custom work on the bracket, but everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the new garage door opener. He was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend him and Precision Door Service for all your garage door services

After trying to work with another garage door company and getting stood up for three days, I called Precision. They were there in a couple of hours and arrived when they said they would. You all installed a year ago. It came away from the wall because it was installed wrong. Dale came out and fixed it correctly in the most hottest day if year . The door was d ok in and no air in there at all.

Outstanding customer service. My garage door wouldn’t close and my home warranty company wasn’t able to come until Monday. Not acceptable. I Googled and found Precision. They were willing and able to come out, review the situation and resolve the problem the same day. My technician was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I had two new garage doors installed by Ryan Smith. He did an excellent job! After he got done he told me he had forgot a slide lock for one door. He came back later that day and put it in after he had put in a long day of work. I appreciated it so much! I would also like to compliment Technician Sam Alshara. He placed my order and was very informative. I also spoke with Customer Service Rep Brandi Folts-Longoria whom was very nice and professional. Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. Our door's spring broke, so we couldn't open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn't have been easier or quicker!

This was my second experience with Precision. I thought I had a 400.00 repair only to end up paying almost twice that much. They upgraded the motor and changed my garage to a two spring system. I was so frustrated because I only had planned to spend 400.00. The technician (Matt) was very professional and even though he could see my frustration, it didn't stop him from telling my what I needed and convinced me to do some needed upgrades. I absolutely love my garage now! I can even control it via an APP on the cellphone. Excellent job Matt...I was frustrated at you...I was frustrated with my wallet. LOL! Thank you. I've already recommended you to my neighbors!
