Our 40+ year old Genie / garage door broke. (outlasted Sears, didn't it!) The tech arrived within 2 hours which I appreciated as I had just come back from a medical checkup. He did his best trying to repair while keeping the parts replacement to a minimum. He ended up having to replace the motor and belt-track along with the springs, drums, cables and roolers. I tried to reassure him we didn't blame him for the old motor... the company still gave us a good price on the new replacement motor with a great warranty. Clean-up was efficient.

Same day service and no service fee is what caught my attention when looking for service on my garage. Had to replace both springs, cables and bar. Service guy did an excellent job explaining the cost of service and the job as well, thank you!

I had heard about this company through "Next Door" or perhaps a neighbor. I then looked on the web site and called them. It seemed they were friendly folks and I had them send "JOE" out. He diagnosed the problem within 7-8 minutes, if that. We had him do the work (which took about 20 minutes or so) and door was back to working! It was just fixed yesterday but is supposed to have a 5 year warranty, and since that is the case, I would believe it will be working for some time. Joe was very friendly, polite and dressed professionally. I would say this is a good company to consider. Mauryne Simoens

My problem was fixed. However, I'm completely dissatisfied with the price I paid for what amounted to a 60 second fix. My issue was actually remedied by Chamberlain phone support and is something I could have worked with them to complete if I could have gotten connected directly to them. Basically I paid over $200 to have my OH door opener reset by holding down the button for 10sec. The tech was cordial and professional but this definitely gives me pause in ever using this service again. Quite honestly I will go out of my way to use a different vendor for my future garage door needs.

First off I guess I made a mistake asking a company that it appears from your web site that your basic business is to work on garage doors not gate closures. Just a few issues with your service: on the initial visit it went alright until it came time to pay. The tech offered my wife several ways to pay for the service (check, cash or credit card) she choose credit card but the only problem with that was he never told her there would be a 2% convenience charge. On the second trip out to actual do the work - we were sent an email saying our appointment would take place between 8 -10. I called at 11 and asked what had happen and the lady told me that my appointment had been changed to 12 -2. Only problem no one let us know. I called back at 1 to see when the tech was coming and the lady told me it maybe another hour and a half. While I was on hold the tech called on my cell phone and told me that he would be there in about 40 min. I think he showed up before 2. Upon completing the repair he asked my wife where the pin that hold the arm to the gate and I told her it was in the gate. Of course they could not find it. I asked her to ask him to call the tech that originally came out to see if he had mistakenly taken it. He called him and of course he said he did not. Bottom line not a real good experience. Even this form is only set up for garage door work.

This is the first time we've used this company, but certainly will not be the last. I called late in the day, yet they came out that evening, making the statement 'same day service' a true one. Repairs were completed, and garage door(s) worked perfectly after that. Repairs. Track Replaced. New wheels, and maintenance service on both motors. Highly Recommend.

Technician was a little late to show up, but was clear and accurate with his estimate. He did great work fixing the doors and now you can barely hear the doors when they open. Glad we selected Precision!
