You all installed a year ago. It came away from the wall because it was installed wrong. Dale came out and fixed it correctly in the most hottest day if year . The door was d ok in and no air in there at all.

Outstanding customer service. My garage door wouldn’t close and my home warranty company wasn’t able to come until Monday. Not acceptable. I Googled and found Precision. They were willing and able to come out, review the situation and resolve the problem the same day. My technician was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I had ten wheels that needed replacing and the door put back on track. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors company to anyone. Plus they give military and senior citizens discounts.

I had two new garage doors installed by Ryan Smith. He did an excellent job! After he got done he told me he had forgot a slide lock for one door. He came back later that day and put it in after he had put in a long day of work. I appreciated it so much! I would also like to compliment Technician Sam Alshara. He placed my order and was very informative. I also spoke with Customer Service Rep Brandi Folts-Longoria whom was very nice and professional. I would strongly recommend your company to friends and neighbors. The service was awesome!

Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. Our family is extremely pleased with the service Precision provided with our garage door. We could have received same-day service, but our schedules did not align with the company's availability. However, a technician was punctual in the next-day two-hour time frame upon which we agreed, and the technician arrived close to the beginning of that window. Additionally, the technician's expertise with a previous installation has saved us future costs and damages to our door and unit. Lastly, we are very pleased with how quickly the technician completed the work (less than 20 minutes). The lifetime warranty for parts is an added bonus!

My recent experience was not very good . I initially had an appointment between the hours of 4-6 only to find out (after calling ) that the person that set my appointment had me scheduled for the next day . And although they managed to fit me in the same day most of my day was gone and ,they technician that they sent seem to be in a hurry to get the appointment finished . So felt very rushed . And he didn’t appear to be very experienced. So needless to say I don’t plan to patronize Precision Doors no time in the near future .
