Mike Brickner and his Assistant came out on a Friday afternoon from Ft Worth to Carrollton within minutes of my call to the office. He diagnosed the problem and had the garage door fixed within an hour. They did a great job and I will use them again as the need arises. He Installed Springs , rollers, cables-

Service was outstanding! Cost was okay for those parts needed but $500 worth of equipment that was NOT necessary installed without any indication of the additional cost. Told that two springs were safer than one ($250) and that plastic rollers were better than steel ones ($150). Almost unethical to suggest those "improvements" and not state the added cost. Actually, I asked about the cost associated with the rollers but was told he didn't know off hand.

Appointment process was easy. Tech (Rick) called in advance and showed up 10 minutes early. Very professional and courteous. Knowledgable. Installed new opener and serviced our door in the time parameters he promised.
