When I returned from being out of town, my garage door would not open. It was a broken spring. I searched for a local company that was local and I found Precision and their credentials met my needs. That should be common, but we’ve experienced some very unprofessional companies here. The gentleman that came and gave us a quote was nice and professional. I ended up getting another quote from another company that was half the price. I got the springs, bearings, a couple brackets and the rod all replaced in the amount of money that I was quoted from you just for the springs themselves. Precision installed our last garage door opener purchased from a big box store. When our motor quit this morning (with the door open) we needed help fast. I didn’t realize it was over 10 years old! Precision came out in less than 2 hours, presented our options, answered our questions, and installed our new LiftMaster quickly and efficiently. All the bells and whistles were easily explained. Precision did a great job. Our service tech Evan was fantastic. He explained all the options to us and was very honest about what was and wasn't necessary. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need which was great. Plus the service was super fast. Way overpriced get a few quotes. Make sure you get a quote from them before they perform the work. Prices for parts are double and triple what they should be. Won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend. Completely took advantage of my wife while I was out of town.
