This rating is for Jeremy..... Jeremy is probably the best door installer Technician in the US. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He installed the new insulated garage doors in a precise workmanship way. He has some unique installation techniques to make sure the door is level. I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer and it was pleasure to watch him work. When he finished the job he cleaned up all the trash and put it in his truck. He even wiped down the doors to make sure that no hand prints were visible. He communicates extremely well and is well mannered.

Excellent experience. Started when my web inquiry was answered promptly and inspection scheduled within a day. Replaced a wooden - yes wooden - 16' garage door and added a LiftMaster opener. Installing tech – Dakoda – was professional and listened to my needs. He was able to show the door options on his tablet and was quickly able to write up an order. He offered advice on insulation which I added to the order. When asked about getting a quite opener , he recommend the belt driven LiftMaster. The three button remote allows us to add gate control on the same unit. And no - we do not have an estate. Installation had a bit of an issue when it was discovered the standard track would not allow space for the opener track due to our low ceiling. Dekoda was back the next day with replacement. To offset the hassle factor he upgraded the bottom weather seal to work better with the un-even floor at no charge. All in all, a company that is responsive and professional with reasonably priced products.

Appt was at 10:00. Arrived at 8:30. His name was Ray. Gave me 4 diffierent options to repair my door. We agreed on one. Finished the job. I was very pleased. Very professional.

I would give John Meyer a 10 but 5 is the highest you will go. John came to my house on March 30th to rescue my truck being held hostage by my garage door. He greeted me with a friendly smile and comforting attitude of how he could care of my problem . He was very informative, clear and concise on the procedure, cost, and replacement of parts.

My door came off the track and needed repair. I contacted the company at 7:30 and had a tech arrive within 2 hours. My tech Dakoda was prompt, efficient and very courteous. He had the door fixed in a timely manner and game me tips on maintaining it. I would definitely recommend the company and Dakoda for service and would use them again.

As advertised, I received a call within the promised window and Raymond showed up ready to get to work. Raymond replaced a ton of hardware and the opener. Very satisfied with his performance and the products but we found several broken panels that required replacing also. After setting up for a return visit the next day, Jeremy called and showed up right on time and went right to work. All said and done, both Jeremy and Raymond were prompt, efficient, polite and informative.

How did I pick Precision for my garage door repair? I went to the internet and found Precision. I like the fact that they are a member of BBB, on Angies List, same day service and they offered a Lifetime Warranty on parts. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very professional. The repair tech Raymond contacted me with his ETA and the work was done in less then 2 hours. Raymond verbally went over why he believed the cable broke. He gave me 2 repair options to choose from. After making my decision he went through what he was going to replace, the final cost, warranty and an estimated time to the replace the parts and do the repair. Quality workmanship, replacement parts and great service. I would give them a 5 Star Rating.

Reached out to Precision over the weekend and a technician was out the next day to give us a quote on a new garage door and install. The price was very competitive. The technician, Jeromy, was on time the next day with all the parts and did a great job on the installation. He explained all the items that would be replaced, the work involved and the estimated time. Called on a Monday morning to report we were having a problem with our garage door opener not programmed properly.
