The technician, Dakoda, arrived within 90 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and repaired our broken spring and pulleys, replaced our old openers, adjusted the tracks and programmed everything. I highly recommend Precision and if you happen to get Dakoda, you will be pleased.

My first experience did not start off well when I was either misinformed or misunderstood about the price for the tech to come and fix my garage door. But when it was all said and done Raymond (my tech) and I worked it out and he was determined to leave with me being a happy customer. He did just that. Raymond was VERY professional and very respectful. I highly recommend Raymond and thank him for my experience. He took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into a very pleasent one. When he left my door was in better shape then before it broke. Thanks again Raymond.

He installed the new insulated garage doors in a precise workmanship way. He has some unique installation techniques to make sure the door is level. I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer and it was pleasure to watch him work. When he finished the job he cleaned up all the trash and put it in his truck. He even wiped down the doors to make sure that no hand prints were visible. He communicates extremely well and is well mannered.
