Service technician, Alex, was professional, kind, had his mask on, respectful of my retired military status (discount included) and completed job promptly. Joe was great today! He came and installed a battery on our gate after he gave us 3 options to choose from according to our budget. He was on time, which was great because I have a busy schedule and gave us quality neighborhood information since we were new to the area that he was a native of. Great company to work with. I called at 11:30 am. They said they would be here between 4:00 and 6:00. arrived at 3:00. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed problem serviced door and done. Very courteous service. Left no mess!! would highly recommend this company.

Spring broke on 1500 sq ft one story home in Keller suburb. Simple aluminum garage door. Given estimate of $149-$249 depending on door. Final charge was $559.98! Spring $250, 1” steel bearing $60, Mini(no idea what this is) $40, labor $199 and $10.98 fee to pay by credit card!

He also made sure I understood the operation of the equipment. Unfortunately, I later found out on line that I could have bought this unit for almost half what I was charged. But, I was in a bind and needed it replaced quickly.

My driveway gate was off the track. The Precision technician recommended that I authorize him to do maintenance on the gate to get more bang for the $300 they have to charge. I expected highway robbery and I got it! To get the gate back on track AND do the maintenance took them less than 10 minutes.
