For the second time I had a very positive experience with a technician from Precision Doors. Asa Reeves came out and installed a new opener on one door and repaired structural damage on another. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I felt that I was fairly billed. At the end of the visit he reprogrammed something at my request which took extra time and he couldn’t have been nicer about fulfilling my request even though it lengthened his day. When speaking with me he wore a face mask at all times and disinfected everything he worked on at the end of the visit. Based on this I would continue to recommend Precision Doors to anyone seeking garage door work whether it be a new door or repair. Thanks!

The repair person was very professional, courteous, and willing to go right to the problem. Good on-time, service and great staff. However, I was shocked to find out that my garage door "tune-up" was $150 per door, especially after I spent over $2,000 with you last year replacing openers and various parts. I won't be using your "tune-up" service in the future as I know I can get this service done locally for much less.

Technician Rick May was incredible. Very professional and competent. Our gate was broken and we wanted the gate and garage to operate on one remote. He came in and went straight to work . My husband and I were very impressed . Will recommend and use for any future issues.

The most important thing is when something isn't quite right does the company willingly remedy it, and THAT is just one great thing about Precision Door. The service I needed was annual lubrication and checkup; turns out I needed a new belt drive which I hadn't noticed but which was obvious once he showed me. Then my slab is not level and the way the door was adjusted the first time needed a 2nd attempt. As soon as I called about it, a manager called me from his vacation, got the appt. arranged and in 24 hours the 2nd adjustment was made. It's now perfect, looks level to the eye and is whisper quiet. THANK YOU.

After having the garage door repaired a month ago, we started having problems again including not closing all the way. Austin was sent to our house to correct these problems. The electric that was run to the electric gate looks poor and will cost me another contractor to fix. Also, the tech did a hack job on my gate and there a bunch or jagged edges now. This was an electric gate install, not garage door

The technician Ray Smith was very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and on time. He performed the repairs to my garage door in less than an hour. My only disappointment is the astronomical mark-up for the parts used. My total bill came to a little under $600, $400 of which was only 2 wires and 2 bearings the you can buy on Amazon for less than $100 total. I am very grateful for Precision’s promptness and expertise but the up-sale of materials used is ridiculous.

Fast, efficient, professional! I called at 9:30 am with a garage door that was half down and badly bent tracks. I was going out of town at 2pm. Chris was at my house by 10:30 and had everything better than before by 12. I will certainly call again with any and all garage door work.

What a wonderful experience. Rick was so nice and professional. He seemed concerned about the issues I had . I used another company initially , but I waisted my money. Rick was very knowledgeable. He knew actually what was going with my door and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was worried in the beginning due to my past experience, but Rick was confident; which made me feel so much better. These repairs are not cheap. Thank you for sending me a exceptional technician!!!!

I had to called then 3 times in less than a year to come fix the garage door that was not repaired properly. Every time they came visit they wanted me to pay for new things that didn’t work. Besides it was too expensive. I don’t recommend this company.
