Best Customer Service Ever! Asa Reeves was: amazing, on time, courteous, and hard working. Replaced our old opener in the middle of the hot afternoon and was the consummate professional. Asa's work was efficient and clean and he was so nice and customer focused. Thank you very much Precision Door! Sunday service done right and such amazing staff in Asa and the nice young lady who set our appointment as well. With sincere appreciation and the highest endorsement.

Asa was grea! Knowledgeable, made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done, and made sure I was happy with all if the work done (it was extensive - multiple issues). I’d highly recommend him. He should have let me know he was a golfer, I could have hooked him up with some golf at some great clubs around the area!

My garage door was sluggish and about to give out. Rick looked it over and found that my springs were busted. Within in hour, he had me all fixed up and better than ever! Very professional. Could have upsold but only quoted me what was needed. I highly recommend!

My tech was Joe, as soon as he walked into my garage he saw what was wrong. He then examined the door to find other issues. He educated me on the issues and was completed with the repairs in no time. Joe was very very pleasant and professional. I'm truly pleased. He was also on time. Thanks Joe.

Please remind your tech's to wear their mask. It's not ok to assume they can approach potential clients without one. The customer should not have to request for tech to put on a mask Not cool! Too much happening from mistakes like this.

Joe and Josh called to let me know they were on their way. They fixed the problem I was having with my garage door opener and performed maintenance on my doors. The only thing I could suggest is that they would have worn masks as they arrived at the front door. They asked if I would like for them to wear masks and I said yes. In these times, I would have preferred that they arrive with masks. They could certainly take them off as soon as I was not around.

I wanted to thank Collin for the great service and work he provided on yesterday. He called to advise he was on the way and was very timely. In discussing this issue and options available he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process. I chose your company because it came up when I checked for garage door repairs on my computer. The service yor company provided was very good and prompt. My only concern is that the newly installed springs are so tight that it is very hard to close the door.
