Great company to work with. I called at 11:30 am. They said they would be here between 4:00 and 6:00. arrived at 3:00. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed problem serviced door and done. Very courteous service. Left no mess!! would highly recommend this company.

Spring broke on 1500 sq ft one story home in Keller suburb. Simple aluminum garage door. Given estimate of $149-$249 depending on door. Final charge was $559.98! Spring $250, 1” steel bearing $60, Mini(no idea what this is) $40, labor $199 and $10.98 fee to pay by credit card!

I selected this company based on the BBB rating. They responded quickly to my inquiry on line, and were able to set up a same day appointment. The technician was friendly and professional. He also made sure I understood the operation of the equipment. Unfortunately, I later found out on line that I could have bought this unit for almost half what I was charged. But, I was in a bind and needed it replaced quickly.

My driveway gate was off the track. The Precision technician recommended that I authorize him to do maintenance on the gate to get more bang for the $300 they have to charge. I expected highway robbery and I got it! To get the gate back on track AND do the maintenance took them less than 10 minutes.

I appreciated that Joe contacted me in an attempt to resolve my unsatisfactory experience. of course I appreciate the $90 refund for labor cost. However, $210 is still excessive for approximately 10 minutes worth of labor.

We were having difficulty with our garage door opener. The door would open with the remote, but wouldn’t close with the remote. Very frustrating! I called Precision Door and they sent one of their Techs, Larry Morgan the same day to determine the problem and hopefully repair it. Larry arrived and quickly identified what needed to be done. He had all of the materials needed and within a short time, he installed a new garage door opener and all new controls. Excellent work! I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service if you want great service at a reasonable cost. Their tech was very professional and made certain we were satisfied before he left. I’ll definitely use them again!

Our 30 year old garage door decided to stop working on Sunday of Labor Day weekend with both cars inside. I googled garage door repair, read about the company and the reviews.
