Serviceman called before showing up to see if he could arrive earlier than appointment time. He helped my son move some stuff out of the way of the work area. Gave me the total of what the cost would be to repair the door and option for payment. He was fast and thorough, all fixed and door working properly again.

Alex did a fabulous job replacing our garage door springs. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. He got straight to work and explained what he did when the job was completed. Our garage door is quieter and operates more smoothly since his repair. I also want to comment that I contacted 4 different websites that morning. This website offered more information answering questions the others couldn't or wouldn't over the phone. THEN calling Precision, a real live human answered the phone answering more questions (unlike some others where technology reined completely-no personal voice or customer service at all). Nothing like good customer service besides great integrity in doing a job well done! Thank you, Precision! You took good care of us and we will refer you to others!

I called and an appointment was set for 12-4pm. At 4pm no one had called or shown up! Very bad way to do business!!! I called & was told that the technician assigned had encountered problems at another job site and that he would not be able to come by until the next day. Then, I was told another technician would come by around 6pm. This forced me & my wife to cancel another event we had scheduled for 6pm. Bad business! Look elsewhere!!

The spring broke on one of our garage doors. So, I searched the internet, found Precision and called them based on their reviews and the fact that the company is veteran run. Two hours after I called for service, the technician, Jon D., arrived. He quickly assessed the problem, told me what was needed, provided a cost estimate and made the appropriate repair in only 45 minutes. He also did a check on the other garage door to ensure it didn't have any issues and it did not. Jon D. was professional, personable, courteous and very efficient. Based on my experience today, I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend their services.

The Service Tech who arrived was Jonatan. Very nice professional young man. He asked what seemed to be the problem and we discussed what I had tried and experienced prior to his arrival. Jonatan checked several things and then explained to me what the main problem was and a couple of other issues that should be addressed. The garage door opener unit was inoperative and needed replaced. Jonatan had 3 units to choose from. He removed and replaced the opener system and mounted it better than the previous opener. Changed out the springs which were the wrong size for the door, balanced the door, and lubed the door. He also programmed my other compatible remotes I had. All this in less than 2 hours and earlier than the set appointment time. He cleaned up everything after he was finished went over some of the warranty and asked if I had any other questions. Jonatan was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Excellent service throughout. I would recommend this company as their techs are experienced and come prepared to fix the problem.

Since my old company, used for many years wouldn't return my call, then later wouldn't take messages, I needed someone quickly for a very small job. Your technician arrived timely, was very courteous, & fixed my problem quickly. He brought color samples with him for a future service of a new door that I requested. My questions were all answered & he didn't see a problem in the "future" service being a month or two away.
