Eduardo was an excellent technician, after having issues with my garage door he took time to explain his method of resolution and troubleshooting, showed me the work done and the reason for the replacement and gave tested the new installation to make if I had any questions or hesitation he was available to explain. Definitely give Eduardo two thumbs up and recognized Precision is definitely grateful to have someone on their team that stds behind his work and is proud of it. 2 hrs late however Eduardo was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Explained all the pricing options clearly. ( Although I personally think there are too many) I also think the word “temporary” and the absence of a guarantee until last option is questionable.

Evan arrived at the expected time. I told him there was a loud pop when garage door was closing. He did a complete inspection, replaced lag bolts as needed, made sure the other lag bolts were secure, replaced (2) damaged hinges, found roller in wrong slot in the hinge, re-tensioned the springs, lubricated required places. Yea! No loud pop when garage door was closing, and quiet! Evan listened to my concerns and explained the what and why as he did each service. Very friendly and very professional!

My garage door wouldn't open. (Turns out there was something in front of the sensor). Technician told me one spring was about to break and needed to be replaced. And I should replace the other at the same time. $500 for one and $800 for both. I paid for him coming out and opted not to replace the springs. Called an individual garage door repair man and he said you can't tell when a spring is about to break. For $125 he made adjustments to the tension because of the weight of the insulation on the door. Your technician was trying to scam me!

I have been looking for garage door repair service which is budget friendly. I have spoken to several, and multiple repair techs came to our home to offer service and give us a quote. I got tired and needed the job done. I called and tried Precision, the technician that came to our house was good and eventually repaired our garage door system. When I was sent the invoice and breakdown of prices by email and upon my research online all I can say was it was a Very OVERPRICED service! They Even made it look like they gave me a Medical Professional Discount. I tried to negotiate with them to adjust the amount but after several emails and phone calls I Never heard back from them. Never again will I avail their services!
