I called yesterday for service 11/16/23, at about 4:00 pm , I was told someone would be in touch between 4 and 8:00 pm. I CALL THE NEXT DAY AT 09:15 AM 11/17/23 NEVER GOT THE CALL FROM THE TECH, FOR THIS I CAN GIVE A 1STAR, AT 10:15 AM EVAN STRAUSS came FOR Evan I CAN GIVE YOU 5 STARS, ATHE YOUNG MAN WAS SPOT ON WITH THE REPAIR. YOU NEED LIKE EVAN OR AT LEAST CALL AND LET PEOPLE KNOW SOMETHING.

I had my garage doors fixed by Jimmy, a precision garage door tech. He was fantastic!! Very friendly and courteous!! My doors are in Top working order again!! Very pleasurable experience. Thanks so much!

Way overpriced get a few quotes. Make sure you get a quote from them before they perform the work. Prices for parts are double and triple what they should be. Won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend. Completely took advantage of my wife while I was out of town.

Your technician Anthony Hall came out and was able to reattach it to the header. While he was here, I also had new rollers installed. I appreciated Andrew's speed and professionalism. Their promise of one-day service is real, and on a weekend no less. The tech Anthony was running late because of so many jobs, but he called and kept me informed of his progress and could not have been nicer or more professional. I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so because the experience was so good. Highly recommend.

Professional and friendly through and through. The tech representing this company was earnest and respectful, he examined everything and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. He worked hard to resolve our sensor issue in the most positive way for us. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

I called Precision Garage Doors because my door spring broke in the middle of the right and both cables were on the floor. Kristy Smith, owner, said she could have someone come out and give me an estimate between 2 and 4 O'clock. About 30 minutes later, Daniel called and said he could come now or wait for the estimated time. I thankfully asked him to please come now so I knew what I was up against. When Daniel arrived, he showed me what had happened and asked me if I wanted one or two springs. I said just one and then he explained what would happen if I had two installed instead. He also gave me a wonderful discount if I would select two springs. He fixed the door in no time at all and it wasn't even 2:00 pm. Daniel was curteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. He was wonderful to work with. I'm so glad I called Precision instead of the one I was going to call. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I give him and the company a 5 star rating.

Such a great company!! I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday and they were here within 30 minutes of me calling and much cheaper than most of the major name companies. Thanks John Sliffe....oh and almost forgot the best part. NO SERVICE FEE!!

Precision was recommended by family due to satisfactory work. Technician arrived promptly at scheduled time. Conversation and observation of inoperative door opener resulted in purchase of complete new assembly and installation. Technician answered all questions, explained all features and completed the installation in a timely manner. Very satisfactory experience, product and workmanship. Will use Precision again.

Shame on Precision Garage Door Company, I called them out to fix my gate, I told the guy it may be just the battery, he looked at it and said that my circuit board was bad along with other stuff, and it will cost me about $3,500.00, the guy that fixed it 4 years ago put his sticker on the box with his number on it (which I forgot about) so I called him, it was the battery and only cost me $250.00. I hate Contractor who try to take advantage of people.

What wonderful service they provided! It began when we called them around 10am and explained that our garage door opener wasn’t working and that we just wanted to replace it. They said they would have someone here between 2-4. At 1:40, the tech called and said he was on his way and he arrived at 2:00 John was very personable and explained what he would be doing. After completing the installation, he showed us how to use all the features and how to download the app. He cleaned up all the old pieces and was done within 2 hours. John is a great representative of your company.

Precision Door had previously installed my garage door opener. Today, the door wouldn't close like it's supposed to. I called Precision Door and signed up for the 12 noon to 2 pm service window today. John called about 11 am and arrived by 11:30 am. After an adjustment of the sensors, I was up and running again, all before noon!! Once again, Precision Door exceeded my expectations!!

Evan Strauss is kind, professional, and to the point. I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about, and that my garage door would be repaired in a timely manner and correctly. Evan explained everything before he started, and showed me what he repaired. Evan even impressed my 15 year old Shih Tzu, and he doesn’t like anyone. Evan has great energy and I would recommend his services over and over. My garage is working again, and I’m a happy customer.

Job done professionally and and completed in 45 minutes. I have a business and understanding making money. I think $90 per hour is fair compensation. Was curious when there was no service fee to come out and charging $229.00 ($32.00 highest $ on line) garage door sensors is laughable after paying $90.00 for 45 minutes and I say 1 hour adding transport time. I negotiated $250.00 after a quote of 389.00 since didn’t want to leave for a day with wife leaving town not done or would have ordered part at $24.00 and done myself. They did good work but will not use them again. I think the hourly rate should be sufficient without gauging the parts
