John was the repairman who came to fix my door. He first spent about 15 minutes or so doing a complete check on the door and then took the time to tell me what was needed, what my choices were, and then giving me the time to call and discuss with my husband. He was very personable and considerate. He definitely gets 5 stars from us.

I contacted Precision to perform some long, overdue maintenance on my garage door. The Precision staff was very courteous and scheduled my service for the next morning.
