Their weekend service availability was very convenient, but beware of their pricing. They told me I needed a door reinforcement for my opener (which I agreed with) and that the cost was $200. I quickly learned after they had installed that the exact part they used was readily available from multiple vendors for $25 or less and it took about 5 minutes to install. I questioned the installer and also emailed customer service about the excessive price. All I got back from customer service was "thanks for your feedback - we will use this information to improve in the future". You are at their mercy when they start telling you what needs to be done - educate yourself the best you can or you will get taken advantage of. I had one broken spring on a door that was less than 5 years old and ended up with a bill for $872.

Our garage door would not go up and down with the remote, the outside key pad, or the switch inside the garage.Very frustrating.The next available slot for everyone i called would be 5 days from now.You guys came the next day after i called.Unexplainable the door worked perfect from every device every vantage point when the repairman came.I have no idea why.I did not catch his name.His phone said arizona on our call ID. He could find no problem and said he would not charge us.We offered twice to pay a service call.He politely declined.If hit is an example of your company then I would highly recommend you to anybody and everybody.If the door screws up again believe me I will call you.

I was not informed of the military discount, there is a large Marine Corps flag hanging on the back wall of my garage...no problem though, very happy with the service and my technician was outstanding, very professional. This has been an awesome experiance from the start. New construction three car garage, needed to get partial install to secure the job site. Called customer service and asked if we could get some help and recieved a resounding Yes, scheduled install for the next day.Chris arrived and proceeded to exceed my expectations. Gave me a confirmation of home appointment after the initial call. Received a call from the field tech 30minute before arrival. Provided excellent review and diagnosis of my hardware. Provided a quote for updated parts repair/replacement strategy. The field tech also provided a quote for all new door hardware systems to consider. In the end...we were able to refresh my current hardware, beefed up one of the weaker panels, replaced the springs, replaced the horizontal screw runner, greased the track.....left me with an outstanding repair and very quiet door. Very pleased with the service, fast, on time, excellent explanation and quality workmanship....the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Door Service

Christopher was very polite and helpful. My doors are heavy as they are 9 by 18 and he put in what i needed also he would work with me on the price so I had him go ahead and install the openers as mine were 22 years old. He was very helpful and I would rate his service as FIVE STAR. I chose Precision as they we're the first on the list when I pulled them up online and the other door people wanted to weigh my doors before they would give me a price. Also the lifetime warranty on the door springs helped me to decide as I have had the door springs replaced in the past. I got the rollers because they were lifetime and my others were plastic. Christopher also said if I had any problems to call him and he would help me.

Garage door installed by Precision several years ago so when it needed a new battery, we called Precision. Fast and courteous service. Tech (Ronnie)knowledgeable about system. Checked the operation and showed us that we needed new rollers so he installed them. Five Stars definitely.
