Called on a Monday morning to report we were having a problem with our garage door opener not programmed properly. John came out that afternoon and reprogrammed it, checked the sensors, and made sure there was no other issues. John showed professionalism and determination and fixing the problem right. Great service!

Reached out to Precision over the weekend and a technician was out the next day to give us a quote on a new garage door and install. The price was very competitive. The technician, Jeromy, was on time the next day with all the parts and did a great job on the installation. He explained all the items that would be replaced, the work involved and the estimated time. He also went above and beyond making some adjustments to our opener to ensure it worked effectively with our new door. Great Job..!
