Called Precision Door and they were very prompt is responding and in scheduling someone to come out. I needed a garage door installed. Technician Roland Pitts came out and explained my options to me. I was unaware I needed a plug in the garage celling. I thought the system just tied into the wiring on the celling light like a celling fan. Doing that would invalidate the warranty on the unit, Rather than running an extension cord along the celling and down the wall to an outlet I postponed the install and bit the bullet to have an outlet installed. The outlet was installed the next morning. I called Precision and they scheduled Roland to come back out. He was there within a couple of hours. He installed the opener, replaced my old metal rollers with quitter a smoother operation nylon ones, and went over all operation options with me. I was very pleased with service, price, and my new Liftmaster opener.

I can not say more about these outstanding guys. They were out to my house ahead of time and took time to explain what the problem was with my garage door and then went about fixing the problem. The springs on my garage door broke after I had parked inside. I had scheduled another company to come fix it. That company had a mix-up and scheduled me for Friday instead of Thursday. I called precision and told them that I was trying to get to work and asked if there was any way that they could send someone as soon as possible. They sent 2 people out within 20 minutes. They worked quickly and efficiently and even helped me jump my car, which involved pushing during Texas summer. Because of their fast service, I was able to make it into work instead of wasting a day or more. I also had them install a new opener. It is much quieter than the last. I am grateful for their service.

Spring Aged & broke! Out in one day & on time. Two Techs arrived, asked how long they've been with company (10 yrs. & 5 yrs.) I was very pleased with repair & replacement. Twice the price of the same service requested. Added additional worked another company said nothing was wrong then continued to reduce the estimate making one think that you are totally dishonest. I would rate you as a one and never recommend your service.
