Thought I needed a new garage door opener..When John arrived he immediately found another cause of my problems and told me the opener was fine, then he provided a tune up with only a service charge rather than trying to sell something I didn't need...Impressed with his integrity and honesty!!

John and his assistant completed the work quickly and thoroughly and took the time to explain what was needed as well as what may be needed further down the road. The price was very fair. Precision Door Service is one of the best companies I have dealt with recently. They replaced my garage door in early January, and although the technician who replaced the door mislead me, Raymond set the record straight. Raymond was honest and explained to me everything the other guy didn't. He checked my original invoice and came back and installed the items the other guy "missed". I give Raymond 5 Stars, he is honest, prompt, and very friendly. He is definitely an asset to the company. When calling back for any other garage door needs, I will definitely ask for Raymond to come to my home. Thank you, Raymond, you turned a bad experience into a pleasant one :)

The whole process was amazing from start to finish, from the girl who took my call and got things rolling, to the technician calling and being on time, and presenting all the packages available to me and pricing. John was the repairman who came to fix my door. He first spent about 15 minutes or so doing a complete check on the door and then took the time to tell me what was needed, what my choices were, and then giving me the time to call and discuss with my husband. He was very personable and considerate. He definitely gets 5 stars from us.

When my garage door malfunctioned I consulted the Yellow Pages. I chose Precision because they offered immediate service, were bonded and had licensed representatives. I was very pleased with the professional manner of John Meyers. He explained the problem and made recommendations without using pressure. When I asked questions, he answered them completely. I give my first Precision experience 5 stars.

I contacted Precision to perform some long, overdue maintenance on my garage door. The Precision staff was very courteous and scheduled my service for the next morning. The Precision Technician was on time, courteous, professional, and set about performing a check-up and service on the garage door . After his analysis, he reviewed several options with me relative to the door condition as well as the rollers, spring, etc. ,,, very through. I was very satisfied with Precision's office staff, Service Technician, and the quality of workmanship
