Precision Doir was the ONLY company who would service my need of garage door repair as early as 9/9:30 pm. And, I am so grateful that the technician accepted the call because my door would not close automatically or manually due to the type of spring in the door that broke.. My expectations were met! I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. Had a broken spring replaced and while we were at it, I had them replace the rollers. While the technician was here, he straightened the opener/track (building put it in crooked) and he lubed up the screw drive - our opener has NEVER been this quiet! I would have given 5 stars BUT while he was testing the door - up/down/up/down - the door opener capacitor blew. They were going to charge me $80 to install a new capacitor - found one on Amazon for $20 and had it shipped same day. All in all, very courteous and professional. Thanks!

Service Tech, came on time and addressed all issues with garage door, replaced spring, rollers, and cables. I did inquire about a garage door opener and was only given a quota of $500 plus dollars for the opener, I thought that was kind of high and assume it was the most expensive opener available. The Tech didn't go over other available garage door opener options, until I inquired again once the job was completed. Tech recommended two spring replacement with seem to go against Precision's spring replacing video https://youtu.be/xI3yfyb6tc0, which the Tech was not familiar with.

After an hour of trying to fix my garage door myself I decided that a professional was needed to do the work. How right I was as the repair entailed much more than I thought. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. My repairman, Timothy, arrived a little after 10:30 AM as requested. He did not reek of smoke or body odor. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and finished the job very quickly. I wish all repairmen were as nice and qualified as Timothy. It was a pleasure to have him work on my garage door and I will continue to use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for all future issues I may encounter with my garage door. Outstanding work! Highly recommend them.

My technician was cool, he was professional and courteous, fixed my broken spring in no time, very happy and all that, nevertheless a little sour grape taste in my mind, because the girl on the phone quoted 150-250 range for broken spring, it turned out to be 350. Please train the people on the phones to more accurately quote. A broken spring is a broken spring. Other than that very happy with the service, Highly recommendable.

Joshua came to my house this morning to fix my garage door opener. It got stuck and would not open or shut. He came and took at look at it and said he needed to replace one of the springs with a bigger one. He went to his truck and got a new spring out of it and replaced the other spring within 30 minutes or less. The garage door is now working and I am a happy customer. He did not charge me for the spring since the other one did not work properly. I was so very happy with his help today. By the way, Joshua had come to my house a few months ago to fix another problem with my aging garage door, and he noticed a had a flat tire on my car. I had not noticed it. He voluntarily added some air to my tire so I would not have a flat on my way to get the tire fixed or replaced. I am a widow, so I could never have done that. I appreciate his genuine concern for me and I could not be happier with the service I have gotten from this wonderful company.

service men were the best. BUT, the parts they installed were not. the new gate controller came with a bad circuit board. the mag lock did not work. each time they needed a part, it was not on the truck. they said the office would call with a new install date.. that never happened. i made all the calls , and was put off. it's working now, but i have no confidence in the quality of this product.

We had to have two 16 year old garage door openers replaced. Precision did a fantastic job. They were prompt getting us set up. The service man was courteous, efficient, and the new openers are very quiet. They replaced the springs about 2 years ago. We were very pleased with their service and didn't even consider calling anybody else this time.
