Raymond showed up on time, analyzed my issues, adjusted my opener, replaced my springs, played with my 190 lb Caucasian Ovcharka, swept my garage and made dinner then cleaned up the mess. What a company! Seriously, the whole evolution was smooth and now we are stress free regarding our garage door. An awesome job well done. BRAVO ZULU!

We selected Precision because their website indicated same day service with no additional service charge. The technician, Dakoda, arrived within 90 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and repaired our broken spring and pulleys, replaced our old openers, adjusted the tracks and programmed everything. I highly recommend Precision and if you happen to get Dakoda, you will be pleased.

My first experience did not start off well when I was either misinformed or misunderstood about the price for the tech to come and fix my garage door. But when it was all said and done Raymond (my tech) and I worked it out and he was determined to leave with me being a happy customer. He did just that. Raymond was VERY professional and very respectful. I highly recommend Raymond and thank him for my experience. He took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into a very pleasent one.
