Great job by our technician, Sam! He was at our home within 2 hours of our initial call. He replaced our spring with two springs (we had no idea having a single spring was a serious safety hazard). I called almost before closing on a Friday afternoon as our spring broke. As I was holding on for someone to answer, the Let's Chat window popped up on my computer and I was able to schedule the repair for 8am Saturday morning. That is what I call service! He repaired it and explained all the charges. I can highly recommend Precision Door Service.

A big shout out to Patrick Stephens. He came, gave us a quote, got to work immediately & got the whole thing working all in under 2 hrs. The price was a bit more than what we wanted to spend but in the end we are satisfied by the courteous and professional way everything was handled. Great experience, service technician was professional and knowledgeable. I had a service needed on a Sunday, made same day service call request and was able to have my garage door back in great “NEW” shape same day. Lifetime guarantee of parts shows confidence in their products. New Springs, Rollers and cables along with door adjustments were under $600... not bad to me for a Sunday service.. I highly recommend..

The spring on my garage door broke trapping my car in the garage. I called Precision and they had someone out that afternoon. Patrick called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived when he stated. He replaced the springs, roller, cable, center bearing and drum. No mess, no hassle just a job well done.

The problem I had with my garage door was that it was stuck at about the half way point, and would not move. The technician that came out to my home (Patrick) was both very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem. Then replaced the defective parts, made some adjustments to the door, and finished with some general maintenance on the working door parts with some lubrication.
