Diagnosed the problem and got things back in order within an hour and a half on a Sunday. Evan was well versed in his trade, and explained everything he needed to do. My Viking sliding gate opener would only open 1 foot and then close. It is 15 degrees outside! I called at 10:50am and Drey called me at 12:36pm to let me know he was on his way, that's a total of less than 2 hours!!! Drey was SO polite, professional, knowledgeable, & let me know exactly what needed to be replaced, but also made the gate work for now. He is ordering the parts and will let me know when he receives them and come back to replace. WOW, all of this in 15 degree weather.
