Precision installed our last garage door opener purchased from a big box store. When our motor quit this morning (with the door open) we needed help fast. I didn’t realize it was over 10 years old! Precision came out in less than 2 hours, presented our options, answered our questions, and installed our new LiftMaster quickly and efficiently. All the bells and whistles were easily explained. Whole experience was excellent. Got an appointment quickly, love the online option. The team at precision makes great use of technology while keeping the experience human. Got an email once I made the appt with photos of the possible techs who would be arriving. Marco was our tech, he called to let us know when he would arrive within the appt window and arrived exactly when he said he would. Marco was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to address our issues effectively. He fixed the broken spring that was our primary issue and pretty much rehabbed the whole door so that it is now whisper quiet raising and lowering. Previously it was wake the dead noisy. Would absolutely recommend Precision, and would use them again. We are pretty picky and these guys are well deserving of the solid reviews.

When one of our springs broke in the evening, it also damaged our door opener. Precision scheduled us in the next morning. They replaced both springs as requested & installed a new opener. Our installer was on time, answered all questions & did a good job.

2016 you replaced springs and garage door opener. Was to come with lifetime warranty for parts and labor yet when spring broke I had to pay for replacement even though I had proof of the lifetime warranty. It appears your company found a way to make the warranty null and void due to not replacing center and end bearings during the inital 2016 install.

Precision did a great job. Our service tech Evan was fantastic. He explained all the options to us and was very honest about what was and wasn't necessary. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need which was great. Plus the service was super fast. All in all our garage door went from being broken to almost brand new in about an hour and a half.
