I called Precision Garage Door and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. They charge a $70 service fee for diagnostics, which is waived if you go ahead with a repair over $100. Eduardo arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and quickly identified that my garage door opener needed full replacement — the repair would’ve cost more than a new unit. He worked withbmy home warranty provider to explain the issue and recommended solution. He walked me through several opener options, though I did feel the prices were on the higher side. Once I approved the work, Eduardo completed the installation within an hour. Overall, I’d recommend Precision for their responsiveness and service — just be sure to compare pricing before committing.

Had an issue with my garage door at 530am, went online and scheduled a time from 8-10. Received call around 7 confirming appointment. Evan arrived on time and was a tremendous help. Gave me the no frills explanation about everything, wasn't trying to upsell anything. Just giving me pros and cons of every scenario and was able to fix my issues. I called this morning and a technician was out there within a few hours. Evan explained what had happened to our garage door (the spring had snapped-it sounded like a big crash late last night). He was able to make the appropriate repairs and was done within an hour of arriving! Very professional and just a nice guy! He explained all the costs and I believe you really get what you pay for!
