Precisioun has 24/7 Customer Service. I made a call late on Wednesday evening and they got a technician scheduled to come out Friday morning between 8-10. Technician arrived prompt (actually around 7:15am) and diagnosed the problem quickly, discussed pricing, and answered our questions/concerns regarding our sensor eyes and wanting those replaced. He was able to replace the cables, sensors, and ensure all was working properly very quickly. If we ever need a full replacement or new opener, we know who to call!

My garage suppose to be LIFE TIME WARRANTY. The technician said that the parts are not under warranty and it would cost over $300.00. They ya'll put it up put it in not in e r warranty and I refused to pay that HIGH price. The technician left and I still have a busted garage handle. Thank your company for standing for your WORK. The tech was professional and on time. He was at my house 45 minutes and that included paperwork. He reset spring tension and sprayed rollers. I felt $350 was rather high for very little labor and no parts. I will be hesitant to call or recommend Precision again.

We had our garage door repaired: the spring broke and we were unable to open the door to drive out. The men came speedily, and quickly and professionally replaced the spring. I do recommend Precision to anyone needing their garage door fixed or replaced.

Originally came out 5/25 to fix a problem with the door jumping out of track. Tech showed up on time, said it would take about 45 minutes to fix the problem. He gave me 3 options, ranging in price from about $350 to just below $1,000. Didn't think I needed to replace the door so I went with the one in the middle, $523.23. Replaced the rollers, re-hung the door, greased/lubed/adjusted the tracks and that was it. Started having problems with the door again a few weeks later, it finally jumped the tracks again 6/24. Called them up, they had the tech out 6/26 and he found that one of the lift cables had gotten kinked which caused it to jump out of the pulley tracks. He replaced the cable, re-hung the doors and proceeded to test the hell out of it. In short, yes there was a problem with the first fix but they showed up as soon as possible, fixed it to my satisfaction at no charge and re-set the warranty to start anew from the date of the 2nd. visit. As of now they have a happy camper as a customer .

The young man that came to fix my garage door was very nice and answered my questions to him with patience. My garage door is pretty heavy so I could not raise it up or down. He came out and got right on it. He had it fixed in less than an hour. He also gave me some ideas about purchasing a lighter weight garage door some day. I think the hot weather is not as hot with the heavier door, but I will be thinking about replacing it some day with a lighter weight one.
