There is a saying that you get what you pay for. I found that out the hard way. 3 years ago, I used a different, cheaper garage door company to replace my springs and rollers. I selected Precision because of the quality of their products - in particular the higher cycle life of the springs they offer. It was very clear that I made the right choice when my technician held the old parts up against the new. What a huge difference! Look at the quality of what you are purchasing. As I understand it, I made the single largest purchase in your history. The job is not complete and there have been numerous problems and you ask me for a review and ,of course, you have already sent the invoice for the job although it is not complete. The salesman, Victor, and installer, David, are topnotch otherwise I would have refused the doors and called my lawyer.

Kelvin was excellent. Gave me 3 options and didn’t pressure me for the highest price opener. Once the decision was made he went to work on Installation. After about 45 minutes to an hour it was done. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I give my highest praise and thank him for his hard work.

Contacted Precision after challenging interaction with the installer of my Master Lift gate mover. Tech was scheduled 48 hours after call and arrived promptly on time. The repairman you sent was awesome! I left both garage openers in the car in my garage. I closed it from inside and there is no key pad on the outside. The garage was built in 1928, so I felt opening it was impossible. He would not give up and finally opened it with a coat hanger. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend you!

Chose one off internet search! Horrible quote. $1199.00 for a &149 simple repair that a different company did because even I knew an estimate of over a thousand dollars was inflated and wrong! I did not use your company. Shame on you Juan for allowing people to give bids like that out. The rail that might have needed to be replaced, Percision quoted me $250 for the part. Even I knew it wasn’t worth more than a couple of dollars of metal. The actual part didn’t even need to be replaced. But if I did need it, the cost with the company I used and two other companies was between 21 and $26.

Well let's just say I wasn't to impressed with my service they rescheduled on me twice and when the tech came here he could not do the job alone told me he was leaving to get help and they got back hours later could only do one door before dark then one left and the other tech had to work alone but he was good and he said I needed some kind of door strips to help close the gaps and so now I am still waiting let's just say I'm not paying my balance until the job is finished

I was incredibly disappointed with the service received by Precision and I will not be recommending this company to my friends and colleagues. Our 23 year old garage had been acting up for a few weeks so we made an appointment. The technician suggested to bring down the door to adjust the issue and it would be a $350 fee. After he brought down the door, he encouraged us to purchase rollers for $180 fee and communicated the adjustment should fix everything. After $550 in charges, the garage door was only fixed to work manually and the technician encouraged we purchase a new garage door and motor since the motor was also 12 years old and past it's expectancy. I'm still unclear as to why this wasn't suggested before the $550 charge? When I followed up with the Office Manager, she assured me the technician did at least fix the door to be working in a manual status and he didn't say we "had to" buy a garage door but it was merely a suggestion. I'm not sure many people would feel appeased with that comment as I wish the technician would have given a more proper assessment from the beginning understanding he was dealing with a 23 year old garage door and 12 year old motor. Surely a seasoned technician would make the recommendation to consider the new purchase prior to charging us for a temporary fix. We ended up moving forward with the garage door replacement and I was happy with the technician (Chris) who worked with the replacement as he was professional and efficient which is the only reason I am giving this review 1 star. Please understand, I also reached out to your staff 4 days ago willing to provide feedback prior to posting this review since the feedback button asks us to reach out before posting if we did not feel the service was up to standards. However, no one reached back out to me. Yet again, a disappointment. This company seems to be more concerned about the bottom line verses their customer service. We felt taken advantage of and misled with the entire situation. It was a huge bummer.

Nick , the installer was very polite and did a great job in a short time.Hope they have 10 employees like him The price seems a bit high for replacing a single spring but when you're desperate to open the garage you just pay and move forward.Cost was $481 which included spring,a center bearing, 10 new rollers (optional) Next time I'll hope to be able to drive shop and get the best deal.

Initial booking experience set us on rough start. Sent my appointment to another state and I wasted 2.5 hours waiting for someone that was never coming. The office called me as I was on the line with another agent. They were apologetic and offered other times on Saturday, but they didn't work for me. We rescheduled for Sunday morning with no additional fees being charged for that. Nick was there on time and was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Saw that the garage door was off track and hanging on 1 side with the cable all tangled. He walked me through possible root causes and what he had to do to repair it. Based on my research, I thought the price was fair and he completed the work in less time that I thought. I was very pleased and I would use and/or recommend their service in the future.
