The sales person Victor McGruder was very nice and professional. We bought a garage door and an opener. I liked the idea that it could be operated from a smart phone. What I did not like, I was not told that more equipment would be needed. The door installer, David, was very helpful and professional. He did a good job and did it quickly. I have used Precision Door twice and highly recommend them.

To whom it may concern: I cannot express how disappointed I am with your company. From day one of doing business with Precision I have had nothing but problem. Let me give some history: 1- based on a suggestion from Precision I purchased a garage door opener from a third party vendor - suggested by a Precision technician while installing an opener an another one of my properties. 2- The day of installation the technician insisted that he could not install the Unit I bought at the recommendation of the Precision technician. 3- I had to purchase a whole new unit from Precision to install. To date I have spent over 3K with Precision on what is supposed to be the #1 unit you sell. 4- The original opener installed blew and at first precision wanted to bill me for a whole new install even though I had warranty. After many arguments precision finally installed a new unit under warranty. 5- Since the install of the second unit I have had intermittent issues with the unit not going down. Precision has sent a technician out twice whom both state nothing is wrong with the opener even though I have shown video of the unit not working. 6- The last vist the manager at precision stated that if the issue happened again they would replace the unit under warranty. 7- Today the technician once again stated that there is nothing wrong with the unit and that is after seeing the video. I once again have been told that there is nothing Precision can do. I am sorry but the service provided by precision is unacceptable. I have yet to get the service Precision is committed to providing. Your warranties are not honored and your team does not do the right thing. What they do is find excuses to not provide a device that works. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well giving details feedback on consumer review website. I do not accept “nothing we can do”! Thanks

TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT AND COURTIOUS. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE OPERATION OF GARAGE DOOR AND DOOR OPENERS AND HE DID AN EXCELLENT EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT. HIS DEMEANOR WAS ONE OF A PERSON WHO CARES ABOUT HIS WORK AND THE HOMEOWNERS SATISFACTION.

I just wanted to say thank you for excellent customer service. We couldn’t open our garage door and called Precision. Jonathan came and was able to fix the problem very quickly. The door was just stuck with paint I had applied the night before. He didn’t even charge me for the visit and even applied garage door lube to the door to make it run smoother. I will definitely turn to Precision for any garage door needs I have in the future. Thanks again!

I called the company around 1pm and the technicians came out several hours later. Both gentlemen were very nice, polite and honest in the repairs. They gave me three options on the repairs and gave me the pros and cons for each option. VERY pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding service! I came home to a broken spring and inoperable door at 7:30pm. Got online to your website, and within an hour, you had the most excellent service technician, Jonatan, at my house. The door was fixed in 30 minutes and order restored by 9:00pm. Outstanding! From the initial help with Kylie at the call center to Jonatan's excellent service, I will not call anyone but Precision in the future for my garage door requirements. Single door opener replaced, failing 1997 springs replaced on single and double doors (balancing). Technician Nick was outstanding. Arrived on time, had the skills and experience to troubleshoot diagnose and make reasonable good better best recommendations with solid technical and financial reasons. Initial booking experience set us on rough start. Sent my appointment to another state and I wasted 2.5 hours waiting for someone that was never coming. The office called me as I was on the line with another agent. They were apologetic and offered other times on Saturday, but they didn't work for me. We rescheduled for Sunday morning with no additional fees being charged for that. Nick was there on time and was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Saw that the garage door was off track and hanging on 1 side with the cable all tangled. He walked me through possible root causes and what he had to do to repair it. Based on my research, I thought the price was fair and he completed the work in less time that I thought. I was very pleased and I would use and/or recommend their service in the future.
