The springs on my garage door broke after I had parked inside. I had scheduled another company to come fix it. That company had a mix-up and scheduled me for Friday instead of Thursday. I called precision and told them that I was trying to get to work and asked if there was any way that they could send someone as soon as possible. They sent 2 people out within 20 minutes. They worked quickly and efficiently and even helped me jump my car, which involved pushing during Texas summer. Because of their fast service, I was able to make it into work instead of wasting a day or more. I also had them install a new opener. It is much quieter than the last. I am grateful for their service.

Spring Aged & broke! Out in one day & on time. Two Techs arrived, asked how long they've been with company (10 yrs. & 5 yrs.) I was very pleased with repair & replacement. I learned a lot but will Never attempt this potential dangerous job. These guys were professional, curteous & patient with all my dumb questions. I will call Precision again IF & when Needed!! Twice the price of the same service requested. Added additional worked another company said nothing was wrong then continued to reduce the estimate making one think that you are totally dishonest. I would rate you as a one and never recommend your service.

The tech Isaac and sales manger Matin showed up promptly on Sunday. They walked me through what needed to be done and then repaired and serviced my door. They showed me a better roller with bearings which I purchased. My door is more quiet than it ever has been and much smoother. They were professional and the job was done quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Tim was very informative even before arriving to repair my Liftmaster screw drive garage door opener. A neoprene part had broken and he did have a replacement part on the truck for right at $50. I had to have them come out on a Sunday so they said no service charge but the "labor" charge was $125. Was more than I hoped for as I am a disabled single senior on very limited income but better than having to get a new door opener at $500. No senior discount offered but Tim was a very nice and pleasant employee. He knew what he was doing and got the job done in 30 minutes time. My sister and brother-in-law just got a new insulated garage door and opener from this company and they were very happy with it as well.

My garage door picked a real bad time to decide to come off the track (middle of the night as I was headed to work). I was able to call Precision and had a repairman out to my house in less than 24 hours. The technician, Joshua, after determining the problem(s), walked me through the entire repair process. I was actually quite surprised by how quickly he was able to complete all the work. The door is working better than ever, and I am confident that the repairs are going to last. I am very pleased with my decision to call Precision.

As always, Isaac exceeded expectations. My new Precision Garage Door was making weird noises. Isaac came out, oiled it and now it's running smooth as silk. If you can, always request Isaac for your installation or repair. He is the best!
