I chose Precision Door based on an internet search when my garage door spring broke. They answered my call immediately and scheduled a service date and time with an email confirmation. Ronnie from Precision Door arrived on time completely prepared and did a first class job repairing a broken garage door spring and replacing other parts as needed. He also upgraded parts, such that the door now works much better. He was courteous, competent and helpful and I recommend him for anyone who needs any garage door repairs. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Precision Door and Ronnie.

Their weekend service availability was very convenient, but beware of their pricing. They told me I needed a door reinforcement for my opener (which I agreed with) and that the cost was $200. I quickly learned after they had installed that the exact part they used was readily available from multiple vendors for $25 or less and it took about 5 minutes to install. I questioned the installer and also emailed customer service about the excessive price. All I got back from customer service was "thanks for your feedback - we will use this information to improve in the future". You are at their mercy when they start telling you what needs to be done - educate yourself the best you can or you will get taken advantage of. I had one broken spring on a door that was less than 5 years old and ended up with a bill for $872.

Our garage door would not go up and down with the remote, the outside key pad, or the switch inside the garage.Very frustrating.The next available slot for everyone i called would be 5 days from now.You guys came the next day after i called.Unexplainable the door worked perfect from every device every vantage point when the repairman came.I have no idea why.I did not catch his name.His phone said arizona on our call ID. He could find no problem and said he would not charge us.We offered twice to pay a service call.He politely declined.If hit is an example of your company then I would highly recommend you to anybody and everybody.If the door screws up again believe me I will call you.

I was not informed of the military discount, there is a large Marine Corps flag hanging on the back wall of my garage...no problem though, very happy with the service and my technician was outstanding, very professional. This has been an awesome experiance from the start. New construction three car garage, needed to get partial install to secure the job site. Called customer service and asked if we could get some help and recieved a resounding Yes, scheduled install for the next day.Chris arrived and proceeded to exceed my expectations.
