The spring on my garage door broke trapping my car in the garage. I called Precision and they had someone out that afternoon. Our door is now three years old and still looks brand new. It was making a bit of noise, so we called for s check up/tune up. Dale knew exactly where it needed periodic lubrications and took time to teach me how do do it for myself. Great, prompt response. Very highly recommended. It really wasn’t a “repair” just a lubrication service. Very happy, it is as quiet as a mouse now!
