Very good end to end sales to installation process. Sales person was not push, knew the pros and cons of competitors in the area, and created a custom solution for my home. Service techs with the install continued the excellent service and completed it in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Our garage door broke and would not open or close. It was stuck half way. I called Precision and they were there in an hour. Nick was a great, meticulous worker who explained what needed to be done and then he did it. We are very appreciative for his excellent work and friendly demeanor. We would heartily recommend Precision and Nick.

Single door opener replaced, failing 1997 springs replaced on single and double doors (balancing). Technician Nick was outstanding. Arrived on time, had the skills and experience to troubleshoot diagnose and make reasonable good better best recommendations with solid technical and financial reasons. Worked efficiently, gave a solid demo, answered all of my questions, left my garage in excellent condition. Happy.

I have had your company come out to do repairs on one of my doors on 2 occasions. This 2nd time we have to wait on parts. But the service work is excellent. Both technicians that have come out have been very nice and professional. The only negative things that I don't like are that your labor prices seem very high for even the smaller low ticket jobs, And your company's preference to replace entire units rather than just replace a part. I understand why, but some customers can't always afford the cost of a new unit rather than repairing it. But your service technicians and the quality of work are excellent.

I can’t think of a better Garage Door or any other service company better than Precision Garage Door! They Always are there to help us when needed! Kudos to the folks who work there they’re great! Having had garage door repairs performed on several occasions, their original work was extensive as others had just put "bandaid repairs on the door while Brad told me up front that the door was in really bad condition and needed extensive (and expensive!) repairs. Although I was surprised at the high price, I felt much better after watching the work being performed and the number of old, incorrect parts that had been used in the past! After spending about $1,200 on the overhaul of the door and seeing how customers were supported from that point on, I felt relieved and quite satisfied. 14 months later (03-03-2018), I had a roller come off the track and called Precision. They sent Brad out the next day along with an assistant and he did several door adjustments, realigning the door and track. When he finished I was presented with an invoice for $0.00, and thanked for being a customer! It doesn't get any better than that!! An incorrectly adjusted garage door or opener is dangerous and can be a true safety hazard to the family. Although the fix may be a bit expensive, the work these guys do and their continuing customer support is priceless! Thanx Guys!!

I had an issue with my door so I called Precision Door Service and they responded by having a technician come out today! I was so very happy that they were able to take care of me so soon! The technician, Jon, came out, fixed my door and had me on my way back to work in a very short amount of time. I am very happy with Precision Door Service and how they took care of me. Jonatan called and set up the time that he would arrive , was on time and explained in detail what had to be done to fix (what I thought) was a broken garage door opener. He explained that the door was the issue. He explained what needed to be repaired and finished the job in a timely manner. Thanks Jonatan for a job well done! I called for an estimate pretty late in the afternoon and they had someone out within 2 hours. Bob and Rob at the office were very friendly, and helpful. Victor came out and looked at our doors and gave us our estimate. He was also very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to getting our installation scheduled.
