When the spring on our garage door broke, making it impossible to open so we could get my husband's car out, we called precision who had a technician available at noon that day. The problem I had with my garage door was that it was stuck at about the half way point, and would not move. The technician that came out to my home (Patrick) was both very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem. Then replaced the defective parts, made some adjustments to the door, and finished with some general maintenance on the working door parts with some lubrication.

I called almost before closing on a Friday afternoon as our spring broke. As I was holding on for someone to answer, the Let's Chat window popped up on my computer and I was able to schedule the repair for 8am Saturday morning. That is what I call service! I had a service needed on a Sunday, made same day service call request and was able to have my garage door back in great “NEW” shape same day. 5 STAR COMPANY We were so impressed with the promptness, efficiency and thoroughness of Patrick. We just bought this house and knew something wasn't quite right with the door. Patrick found what the inspector missed. The rod was holding on by one screw. Huge safety issue. He went right to work, fixed the problem, and kept me informed during the process.
