I had two new garage doors installed by Ryan Smith. He did an excellent job! After he got done he told me he had forgot a slide lock for one door. He came back later that day and put it in after he had put in a long day of work. I appreciated it so much! I would also like to compliment Technician Sam Alshara. He placed my order and was very informative. I also spoke with Customer Service Rep Brandi Folts-Longoria whom was very nice and professional. Sam showed up promptly at 8am and gave us a fair estimate on replacing our garage opener and rollers. He worked quickly and helped me set up the app so that we can open/close our garage door anywhere from our phones. Our door's spring broke, so we couldn't open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn't have been easier or quicker!

Our family is extremely pleased with the service Precision provided with our garage door. We could have received same-day service, but our schedules did not align with the company's availability. However, a technician was punctual in the next-day two-hour time frame upon which we agreed, and the technician arrived close to the beginning of that window. Additionally, the technician's expertise with a previous installation has saved us future costs and damages to our door and unit. Lastly, we are very pleased with how quickly the technician completed the work (less than 20 minutes). The lifetime warranty for parts is an added bonus!

My recent experience was not very good . I initially had an appointment between the hours of 4-6 only to find out (after calling ) that the person that set my appointment had me scheduled for the next day . And although they managed to fit me in the same day most of my day was gone and ,they technician that they sent seem to be in a hurry to get the appointment finished . So felt very rushed . And he didn’t appear to be very experienced. So needless to say I don’t plan to patronize Precision Doors no time in the near future .

We used Precision before when previous owners failed to leave garage door openers. Weak springs were also found. A year later the garage door failed and needed to be replaced. With assistance from Precision our car was able to be moved and a new working door was in place within 5 days. Only downside is cannot connect it to keypad. You can operate through WiFi from phone.

5 STAR COMPANY We were so impressed with the promptness, efficiency and thoroughness of Patrick. We just bought this house and knew something wasn't quite right with the door. Patrick found what the inspector missed. The rod was holding on by one screw. Huge safety issue. He went right to work, fixed the problem, and kept me informed during the process. He was professional and although the problems were more extensive than we thought, it hums along quietly now. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!!
