I chose Precision Because I had my springs replaced in 2015 by the company and they did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything before they left. That's why I chose them again. I called again this morning 03/14/2016 and they were very responsive and courteous. The worker came and completed all the work in a timely manner and was very professional and courteous and cleaned up after the work, I would recommend anyone to call for repairs or replacement.

Technician Joshua was on time, curteous and replaced the spring in less than 1 hour. The price was fair (several options were offered and explained) and I a satisfied with the work. I would strongly recommend Precision to family and neighbors. 5 star all the way!

Garage Door- Spring Repair: I am sure everyone agree that when something breaks at home and you have no expertise or knowledge regarding the repair and the cost associated to it then anxiety takes over. I had three different technicians coming to do an estimate. One of those technician provided strong knowledge, confidence, and honesty as to the best way to resolve the situation. This is exactly what John E-Meyer (Precision Technician) did. He took the time to explain everything related to the problem and did all the tests required for a solution. Having two technician coming before really helped me make a more comprehensive decision. Precision was not the cheapest but was the most cost effective one. The best assets of any company is their employee and John is certainly a key asset for Precision. Excellent experience. Thank you John! 5 Stars *****

Very satisfied with the prompt/professional manner in which John handled himself. He was very patient with our questions and concerns, had no problems answering any questions we had. We especially appreciated the fact of having so many samples to look at and compare to, but also his input on what might look both different AND better. The Precision Door tech was very competent and did an excellent job. I was amazed at how well my door operated after his work. Besides replacing the broken standard springs with high quality ones, I agreed to let him replace the old metal rollers with nylon sealed bearing rollers. Wow, the difference from before to after was immediately obvious. My door operated smoother and quieter than when it was brand new. My tech, Joshua, did a fantastic job. Without getting carried away, I have been taking friends and family out to my garage to listen to my 'new' garage door. Everyone immediately comments how quiet it operates. Another benefit - I have been able to reduce the opening and closing force of the door opener which should increase it's operating life. Sure I paid a little more, but it was well worth it. I would definitely do business again with Precision Door.

I chose Precision according to your ad in the Yellow Pages. The installer was very knowledgeable concerning garage doors. He did very good work. My application was a little different because of the location of attic stairs in garage. The installer mounted the motor with the belt drive to the side, left of door center, because of location of attic door; He assured me the door opener would lift the door efficiently even though it was mounted to the left of the center of the door. It is doing what he said. He did very good work.

I am very happy choosing Precision to install my garage door opener! I had called one other company prior to and was very unsatisfied with the customer service I received over the phone. I had questions that weren't answered and the phone call was rushed. Whomever I spoke with was extremely pushy and didn't have any interest in helping me. Precision was different, very friendly and prompt. Joshua and Isaac came out, both were knowledgeable and helpful! The install was fast and both worked very efficiently. They make a great team!
