I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. Had a broken spring replaced and while we were at it, I had them replace the rollers. While the technician was here, he straightened the opener/track (building put it in crooked) and he lubed up the screw drive - our opener has NEVER been this quiet! I would have given 5 stars BUT while he was testing the door - up/down/up/down - the door opener capacitor blew. They were going to charge me $80 to install a new capacitor - found one on Amazon for $20 and had it shipped same day. All in all, very courteous and professional. Thanks!

Service Tech, came on time and addressed all issues with garage door, replaced spring, rollers, and cables. I did inquire about a garage door opener and was only given a quota of $500 plus dollars for the opener, I thought that was kind of high and assume it was the most expensive opener available. The Tech didn't go over other available garage door opener options, until I inquired again once the job was completed. Tech recommended two spring replacement with seem to go against Precision's spring replacing video https://youtu.be/xI3yfyb6tc0, which the Tech was not familiar with.

Fast polite service. Called on a Sunday afternoon an they were here in an hour. Fixed my problems in thirty minutes. A little expensive but worth it.
