We had our garage door spring replaced previously and had a great experience, so we called agin when we started to have problems with our garage door opener. Chris had to do some custom work on the bracket, but everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the new garage door opener. He was very professional and helpful. After trying to work with another garage door company and getting stood up for three days, I called Precision. They were there in a couple of hours and arrived when they said they would. Patrick, the technician was excellent. He did the repairs and the door is like new. His service was so good I’m using him on a repair on a rental house. You all installed a year ago. It came away from the wall because it was installed wrong. Dale came out and fixed it correctly in the most hottest day if year . The door was d ok in and no air in there at all.

Outstanding customer service. My garage door wouldn’t close and my home warranty company wasn’t able to come until Monday. Not acceptable. I Googled and found Precision. They were willing and able to come out, review the situation and resolve the problem the same day. My technician was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I had ten wheels that needed replacing and the door put back on track. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors company to anyone. Plus they give military and senior citizens discounts.

Great experience, service technician was professional and knowledgeable. I had a service needed on a Sunday, made same day service call request and was able to have my garage door back in great “NEW” shape same day. Lifetime guarantee of parts shows confidence in their products. New Springs, Rollers and cables along with door adjustments were under $600... not bad to me for a Sunday service.. I highly recommend..

I got a quick appointment on a Sunday and they were here on time and called prior to them getting here. Sam came in and reviewed the broken springs and replaced the spring and added a second one and was in and out in 30 minutes! Very nice, courteous and informative. The price was very good for 2 new springs and the work involved.

Our garage door wasn’t opening consistently; originally fixed by Precision 6 months ago. Today Precision came back and promptly and correctly fixed the door. He said 3 things were not done correctly the first time.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service and care received. Precision Door performed a patch job on our very old falling apart garage door in December 2018. We were told it would hold for a couple of months. Well, we managed to break the door! Patch job done was great and Precision came on the same day we called, we broke the door so we ruined the work. That repair would have held for much longer I think. Now it was time to replace the door. Had quote from Precision Door given at time of repair. Guess what? They beat it! Expecting to pay the amount of the quote, the price was much less because of a special they were running on the day I called. Great price and they came the very next day to install the door! I can’t say enough good about Shane and the work he performed for us. Excellent service. So far the door is working great, it is noisy when hard winds blow, maybe that will settle after the new wears off. Much better than what we had though. There are some bad reviews out there but our experience was excellent! I will be telling folks to call Precision for either repairs or new garage doors!

Excellent and prompt service. We called in the morning for service. The technician (Eric Warner) came out that evening. Eric replaced our old garage door opener with a new belt driven opener and also replaced the door springs which were broken. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He was very professional and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them.
