I went on Angie's List & did a search. I filtered the selections to only those doing business in my area, & those with great ratings. You were the first to respond. Since my old company, used for many years wouldn't return my call, then later wouldn't take messages, I needed someone quickly for a very small job. Your technician arrived timely, was very courteous, & fixed my problem quickly. He brought color samples with him for a future service of a new door that I requested. My questions were all answered & he didn't see a problem in the "future" service being a month or two away.

Joe and Josh called to let me know they were on their way. They fixed the problem I was having with my garage door opener and performed maintenance on my doors. The only thing I could suggest is that they would have worn masks as they arrived at the front door. They asked if I would like for them to wear masks and I said yes. In these times, I would have preferred that they arrive with masks. They could certainly take them off as soon as I was not around.

For the second time I had a very positive experience with a technician from Precision Doors. Asa Reeves came out and installed a new opener on one door and repaired structural damage on another. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I felt that I was fairly billed. At the end of the visit he reprogrammed something at my request which took extra time and he couldn’t have been nicer about fulfilling my request even though it lengthened his day. When speaking with me he wore a face mask at all times and disinfected everything he worked on at the end of the visit. Based on this I would continue to recommend Precision Doors to anyone seeking garage door work whether it be a new door or repair. Thanks!

What a wonderful experience. Rick was so nice and professional. He seemed concerned about the issues I had . I used another company initially , but I waisted my money. Rick was very knowledgeable. My garage door did not work last Friday morning. I contacted Precision at 9am and Austin was at our home by 2pm. Springs had broken and he completely repaired within an hour and provided an inspection and lube at no additional cost.
