I contacted Precision Garage Door to install a smart opener I had bought from Home Depot. We scheduled an appointment and Chris came out to install it. Chris arrived on time, was friendly and professional. Chris swapped out my existing opener with the new one and installed all the sensors, new keypad and wall opener timely and efficiently. The cost was reasonable and the service provide by Chris was outstanding!

I had Precision come & replace the garage door opener in September 2020. They were professional and very nice. Price was great & was very happy with my experience. Well, one of the springs busted this past week. Decided to call them on Friday about 4 in the afternoon. They came out the next day & were done in about an hour. Great price & customer service again. I went on Angie's List & did a search. I filtered the selections to only those doing business in my area, & those with great ratings. You were the first to respond. Since my old company, used for many years wouldn't return my call, then later wouldn't take messages, I needed someone quickly for a very small job. Your technician arrived timely, was very courteous, & fixed my problem quickly. He brought color samples with him for a future service of a new door that I requested. My questions were all answered & he didn't see a problem in the "future" service being a month or two away.
