Needed a new opener ,Had never used precision but found them on a search on web and boy I am glad I did.Marco the tech arrived as scheduled and went right to work and had all equipment on truck and was very knowledgeable and when done he connected my home link on a new car I had just bought and the keypad remote on the outside of garage..He checked on cables and showed me there were worn and replaced them and even gave me a discount!!Great customer service,My go to place

I decided to call Precision based on the excellent reviews that were posted. Evan, the service technician, was excellent. He was on time, explained the problem and how he could fix it, very courteous and professional. I will definitely call Precision in the future if I need any kind of repair on my garage door.

I called yesterday for service 11/16/23, at about 4:00 pm , I was told someone would be in touch between 4 and 8:00 pm. I CALL THE NEXT DAY AT 09:15 AM 11/17/23 NEVER GOT THE CALL FROM THE TECH, FOR THIS I CAN GIVE A 1STAR, AT 10:15 AM EVAN STRAUSS came FOR Evan I CAN GIVE YOU 5 STARS, ATHE YOUNG MAN WAS SPOT ON WITH THE REPAIR. Their promise of one-day service is real, and on a weekend no less. The tech Anthony was running late because of so many jobs, but he called and kept me informed of his progress and could not have been nicer or more professional. I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so because the experience was so good. Highly recommend.

I called Precision Garage Doors because my door spring broke in the middle of the right and both cables were on the floor. Kristy Smith, owner, said she could have someone come out and give me an estimate between 2 and 4 O'clock. About 30 minutes later, Daniel called and said he could come now or wait for the estimated time. I thankfully asked him to please come now so I knew what I was up against. When Daniel arrived, he showed me what had happened and asked me if I wanted one or two springs. I said just one and then he explained what would happen if I had two installed instead. He also gave me a wonderful discount if I would select two springs. He fixed the door in no time at all and it wasn't even 2:00 pm. Daniel was curteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. He was wonderful to work with. I'm so glad I called Precision instead of the one I was going to call. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I give him and the company a 5 star rating.

Precision Door had previously installed my garage door opener. Today, the door wouldn't close like it's supposed to. I called Precision Door and signed up for the 12 noon to 2 pm service window today. John called about 11 am and arrived by 11:30 am. After an adjustment of the sensors, I was up and running again, all before noon!! Once again, Precision Door exceeded my expectations!!

Evan Strauss is kind, professional, and to the point. I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about, and that my garage door would be repaired in a timely manner and correctly. Evan explained everything before he started, and showed me what he repaired. Evan even impressed my 15 year old Shih Tzu, and he doesn’t like anyone. Evan has great energy and I would recommend his services over and over. My garage is working again, and I’m a happy customer.

We chose Precision because when we googled your business came up first. We were desperate. It was a Saturday evening and my car was stuck in the garage. So glad we did. Got an appointment for Sunday. After a glitch with phone numbers, Evan Strauss appeared. He was professional, smiling, knowledgeable, polite…all the things you want in a service man. He did a quick efficient job. By the way, it was over 100 degrees and 6:00 in the evening. He has worked a full day already. Wish all companies had an Evan!!????

The service was done on Sunday which is appreciated. The tech was very good. Looked at the problem and provided a cause. I have warranty on the garage door opener so I will have them repair it. I did think the price for the service was somewhat high

We had a situation happen over the weekend with our garage door. We called a few other companies to have someone come out over the weekend. The earliest from them was Monday sometime. Contact Precision got a appointment for Sunday afternoon. Our tech call to let us know what time he would be there. He was right on time. He was professional check everything out gave me the quote for repairs at that time. Had the work done the tech had me check everything to see what he did and made sure everything work properly before he left. I would recommend them to anyone. At the end I was pleased with everything.

At the end of the day my garage door opener was repaired and working. However, I will probably not call this company again to repair my garage door or opener. The technician's approach was "I will do this for this amount of money" rather then this is what is wrong with your garage door opener system and here is what is will cost to fix it" My perception was the technician was not very good at determining what the problem was and fixing it. When I have a problem I need fixed, I want a company to come and tell me what is wrong and what it will cost to fix it, your technician did not do that.
