Patrick Stephens gave me a call about an hour before arriving to confirm I was at home. He called 15 minutes before arriving. He looked at the problem (broken spring) and mentioned that some of the rollers were beginning to come out and showed me the problem. He gave me an estimate for just the spring replacement and then with rollers added. Did both. He was friendly, up front, ON TIME, not pushy. Have found me a new door company.

My cabels broke. Couldn’t shut door all way down. Called Precision. They sent Sam out to repair. I needed rollers and cables. My springs were 8 years old so replaced also. Sam was very nice and quick. Great job! My wife was able to get car out and finish Xmas shopping.

The young man that came to fix my garage door was very nice and answered my questions to him with patience. My garage door is pretty heavy so I could not raise it up or down. He came out and got right on it. He had it fixed in less than an hour. He also gave me some ideas about purchasing a lighter weight garage door some day. I think the hot weather is not as hot with the heavier door, but I will be thinking about replacing it some day with a lighter weight one.

Well let's just say I wasn't to impressed with my service they rescheduled on me twice and when the tech came here he could not do the job alone told me he was leaving to get help and they got back hours later could only do one door before dark then one left and the other tech had to work alone but he was good and he said I needed some kind of door strips to help close the gaps and so now I am still waiting let's just say I'm not paying my balance until the job is finished

The sales person Victor McGruder was very nice and professional. We bought a garage door and an opener. I liked the idea that it could be operated from a smart phone. What I did not like, I was not told that more equipment would be needed. The door installer, David, was very helpful and professional. He did a good job and did it quickly. I have used Precision Door twice and highly recommend them.

Very good end to end sales to installation process. Sales person was not push, knew the pros and cons of competitors in the area, and created a custom solution for my home. Service techs with the install continued the excellent service and completed it in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

This morning we had a problem with our garage door our Technician was Courteous,Professional,and was on time! These Guy's are great! I can’t think of a better Garage Door or any other service company better than Precision Garage Door! They Always are there to help us when needed! Kudos to the folks who work there they’re great! I highly recommend these folks!

Jonatan delivered great service and was a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Jonatan called and set up the time that he would arrive , was on time and explained in detail what had to be done to fix (what I thought) was a broken garage door opener. He explained that the door was the issue. He explained what needed to be repaired and finished the job in a timely manner. Thanks Jonatan for a job well done! I will definitely call Precision again and ask for Jonatan if I have any future service needs.

Precision scheduled an appointment on the same day called within 4 hours but called later and asked if they could come an hour early which was great! Friendly service, knowledgeable and on-time, on Super Bowl Sunday no less. Pricing was a bit more than I expected but he thoroughly checked everything out and made recommendations that I put off without any hard sell.

Precision Garage Door installed a new opener as our old opener was failing to open the door. It was found the rollers were also defective. The repairs were completed the same day and we are very pleased with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable and guided me through what was required. He showed me how the new opener worked and even programmed the button on my car display which was above and beyond what he had to do. very pleased with the service and will recommend the company to friends and relatives needing repairs.

Joshua came to my house this morning to fix my garage door opener. It got stuck and would not open or shut. He came and took at look at it and said he needed to replace one of the springs with a bigger one. He went to his truck and got a new spring out of it and replaced the other spring within 30 minutes or less. The garage door is now working and I am a happy customer. He did not charge me for the spring since the other one did not work properly. I was so very happy with his help today. By the way, Joshua had come to my house a few months ago to fix another problem with my aging garage door, and he noticed a had a flat tire on my car. I had not noticed it. He voluntarily added some air to my tire so I would not have a flat on my way to get the tire fixed or replaced. I am a widow, so I could never have done that. I appreciate his genuine concern for me and I could not be happier with the service I have gotten from this wonderful company.
