Serviceman called before showing up to see if he could arrive earlier than appointment time. He helped my son move some stuff out of the way of the work area. Gave me the total of what the cost would be to repair the door and option for payment. He was fast and thorough, all fixed and door working properly again.

Our 40+ year old Genie / garage door broke. (outlasted Sears, didn't it!) The tech arrived within 2 hours which I appreciated as I had just come back from a medical checkup. He did his best trying to repair while keeping the parts replacement to a minimum. He ended up having to replace the motor and belt-track along with the springs, drums, cables and roolers. I tried to reassure him we didn't blame him for the old motor... the company still gave us a good price on the new replacement motor with a great warranty. Clean-up was efficient.

He showed me the parts and then put everything in place in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and the area he worked was clean. I had two new garage doors installed by Ryan Smith. He did an excellent job! After he got done he told me he had forgot a slide lock for one door. He came back later that day and put it in after he had put in a long day of work. I appreciated it so much! I would also like to compliment Technician Sam Alshara. He placed my order and was very informative. I also spoke with Customer Service Rep Brandi Folts-Longoria whom was very nice and professional.
