Jonatan delivered great service and was a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Jonatan called and set up the time that he would arrive , was on time and explained in detail what had to be done to fix (what I thought) was a broken garage door opener. Precision scheduled an appointment on the same day called within 4 hours but called later and asked if they could come an hour early which was great! Friendly service, knowledgeable and on-time, on Super Bowl Sunday no less. Pricing was a bit more than I expected but he thoroughly checked everything out and made recommendations that I put off without any hard sell.

Precision Garage Door installed a new opener as our old opener was failing to open the door. It was found the rollers were also defective. The repairs were completed the same day and we are very pleased with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable and guided me through what was required. He showed me how the new opener worked and even programmed the button on my car display which was above and beyond what he had to do. very pleased with the service and will recommend the company to friends and relatives needing repairs.

Joshua came to my house this morning to fix my garage door opener. It got stuck and would not open or shut. He came and took at look at it and said he needed to replace one of the springs with a bigger one. He went to his truck and got a new spring out of it and replaced the other spring within 30 minutes or less. The garage door is now working and I am a happy customer. He did not charge me for the spring since the other one did not work properly. I was so very happy with his help today. By the way, Joshua had come to my house a few months ago to fix another problem with my aging garage door, and he noticed a had a flat tire on my car. I had not noticed it. He voluntarily added some air to my tire so I would not have a flat on my way to get the tire fixed or replaced. I am a widow, so I could never have done that. I appreciate his genuine concern for me and I could not be happier with the service I have gotten from this wonderful company.

Gave me a confirmation of home appointment after the initial call. Received a call from the field tech 30minute before arrival. Provided excellent review and diagnosis of my hardware. Provided a quote for updated parts repair/replacement strategy. The field tech also provided a quote for all new door hardware systems to consider. In the end...we were able to refresh my current hardware, beefed up one of the weaker panels, replaced the springs, replaced the horizontal screw runner, greased the track.....left me with an outstanding repair and very quiet door. Very pleased with the service, fast, on time, excellent explanation and quality workmanship....the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Door Service

Christopher was very polite and helpful. My doors are heavy as they are 9 by 18 and he put in what i needed also he would work with me on the price so I had him go ahead and install the openers as mine were 22 years old. He was very helpful and I would rate his service as FIVE STAR. I chose Precision as they we're the first on the list when I pulled them up online and the other door people wanted to weigh my doors before they would give me a price. Also the lifetime warranty on the door springs helped me to decide as I have had the door springs replaced in the past. I got the rollers because they were lifetime and my others were plastic. Christopher also said if I had any problems to call him and he would help me.

The tech Isaac and sales manger Matin showed up promptly on Sunday. They walked me through what needed to be done and then repaired and serviced my door. They showed me a better roller with bearings which I purchased. My door is more quiet than it ever has been and much smoother. They were professional and the job was done quickly.
