When I called, your customer service representative Bob was very kind & helpful. He worked with me to schedule a service call & gave me the name of the technician who would be coming to my home. The technician Kelvin was wonderful. He was friendly & thoroughly checked each component. After he evaluated the problem & explained the options available, and the prices for each choice. He also applied a coupon discount to the price. We will happily recommend your Company.

Our door would not open, trapping us at home with both cars in garage Your repair specialist John arrived in about 20 minutes, replaced the rollers and lubricated everything Doors now better than new. Quiet and smooth. John was very professional and knowledgeable.

Nick , the installer was very polite and did a great job in a short time.Hope they have 10 employees like him The price seems a bit high for replacing a single spring but when you're desperate to open the garage you just pay and move forward.Cost was $481 which included spring,a center bearing, 10 new rollers (optional) Next time I'll hope to be able to drive shop and get the best deal.

I just wanted to say thank you for excellent customer service. We couldn’t open our garage door and called Precision. Jonathan came and was able to fix the problem very quickly. The door was just stuck with paint I had applied the night before. He didn’t even charge me for the visit and even applied garage door lube to the door to make it run smoother. I will definitely turn to Precision for any garage door needs I have in the future. Thanks again!

I called the company around 1pm and the technicians came out several hours later. Both gentlemen were very nice, polite and honest in the repairs. Single door opener replaced, failing 1997 springs replaced on single and double doors (balancing). Technician Nick was outstanding. Arrived on time, had the skills and experience to troubleshoot diagnose and make reasonable good better best recommendations with solid technical and financial reasons. Worked efficiently, gave a solid demo, answered all of my questions, left my garage in excellent condition. Happy.

Gabe was amazingly patient! He spent 3 hours doing the work and then spent another 30 minutes showing me everything! He cleaned up after himself and was so pleasant. The new opener is so quiet and has all kinds of newfangled tech! Gabe made certain I understood how to work the exterior key pad, the remotes and the main on/off switch before he left. I would recommend Precision to anyone who asked.

We had to have two 16 year old garage door openers replaced. Precision did a fantastic job. They were prompt getting us set up. The service man was courteous, efficient, and the new openers are very quiet. They replaced the springs about 2 years ago. We were very pleased with their service and didn't even consider calling anybody else this time.

The technician you sent out did a fantastic job even though the system I have much older and my garage door is a non-standard size solid wood door (not the norm now -a-days) He was very courteous and knowledgeable and did excellent job. I will certainly do more business with Precision Door and I will certainly recommend Precision Door to my friends

Their weekend service availability was very convenient, but beware of their pricing. They told me I needed a door reinforcement for my opener (which I agreed with) and that the cost was $200. I quickly learned after they had installed that the exact part they used was readily available from multiple vendors for $25 or less and it took about 5 minutes to install. I questioned the installer and also emailed customer service about the excessive price. All I got back from customer service was "thanks for your feedback - we will use this information to improve in the future". You are at their mercy when they start telling you what needs to be done - educate yourself the best you can or you will get taken advantage of. I had one broken spring on a door that was less than 5 years old and ended up with a bill for $872.
