The springs on my garage door broke after I had parked inside. I had scheduled another company to come fix it. That company had a mix-up and scheduled me for Friday instead of Thursday. I called precision and told them that I was trying to get to work and asked if there was any way that they could send someone as soon as possible. They sent 2 people out within 20 minutes. They worked quickly and efficiently and even helped me jump my car, which involved pushing during Texas summer. Because of their fast service, I was able to make it into work instead of wasting a day or more. I also had them install a new opener. It is much quieter than the last. I am grateful for their service.

Precision Door was a real lifesaver. The door spring broke Friday night and we couldn't get the door open. We were trapped and wondered what on earth we were going to do to get it repaired on a Friday night. I found Precision Door on the web who had excellent ratings and offered service after hours. Within an hour Christopher arrived and The same evening my garage door was as good as new. He completely refurbished it and now we can rest assured the door will perform flawlessly. Kudos to all the folks who helped me at a time when most companies wouldn't come to the house until Monday.

After hours emergency repair. Quick response. Called around 8 PM, and a technician arrived at 9:30 PM. Garage door was stuck on one side and off the track and elevated on the other side. Repair took about 30 minutes, and garage door is working as before. Prompt, professional, and friendly.

This is exactly what John E-Meyer (Precision Technician) did. He took the time to explain everything related to the problem and did all the tests required for a solution. Having two technician coming before really helped me make a more comprehensive decision. Precision was not the cheapest but was the most cost effective one. The Precision Door tech was very competent and did an excellent job. I was amazed at how well my door operated after his work. Besides replacing the broken standard springs with high quality ones, I agreed to let him replace the old metal rollers with nylon sealed bearing rollers. Wow, the difference from before to after was immediately obvious. My door operated smoother and quieter than when it was brand new. My tech, Joshua, did a fantastic job. Without getting carried away, I have been taking friends and family out to my garage to listen to my 'new' garage door. Everyone immediately comments how quiet it operates. Another benefit - I have been able to reduce the opening and closing force of the door opener which should increase it's operating life. Sure I paid a little more, but it was well worth it. I would definitely do business again with Precision Door.

Our garage door broke, it was the rollers. We called Precision and they came out within a few hours (at no extra charge for same day). When our service guy came he was equip to make all repairs necessary without coming back. He had it fixed and running in no time, the cost was reasonable no complaints on that. I would highly recommend this great company.

Raymond showed up on time, analyzed my issues, adjusted my opener, replaced my springs, played with my 190 lb Caucasian Ovcharka, swept my garage and made dinner then cleaned up the mess. What a company! Seriously, the whole evolution was smooth and now we are stress free regarding our garage door. An awesome job well done. BRAVO ZULU!

My first experience did not start off well when I was either misinformed or misunderstood about the price for the tech to come and fix my garage door. But when it was all said and done Raymond (my tech) and I worked it out and he was determined to leave with me being a happy customer. He did just that. Raymond was VERY professional and very respectful. I highly recommend Raymond and thank him for my experience. He took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into a very pleasent one. When he left my door was in better shape then before it broke. Thanks again Raymond.
