Sam just left. replaced the spring on my double door. Was very professional and did it quickly. The cost was HALF of the other bid for which I am very grateful. Told the other vendor to take a hike. Also, lifetime warranty sure beats the 3 year warranty that OTHER company gives. The door itself along with the rails is close to needing replacement. He gave us a quote for that and we will be calling you soon. I'll be recommending your company in our NextDoor website. It is so refreshing to get excellent service at a good price. Thank you!

I appreciate April sending Sam to work with the other fella. The other fella was a bit nervous and his work had to be redone as the rails on the initial install were not put in plumb (level) so the movement of the wheels created additional noise. Sam corrected but we had to have someone take pictures and then a great deal of discussion with Eric. So although ended well with same correcting, it should have been installed correctly the first time and created a lot of energy and time on my part for something where a professional installer would ensure the rails and movement were minimal. Bit disappointed in the big door noise that although a thicker metal the door movement and panels create more noise than expected and discussed. Again, appreciate Eric and Sam's help in correcting the small door issue; however, should not have ever happened. Rating - b

5 STAR COMPANY We were so impressed with the promptness, efficiency and thoroughness of Patrick. We just bought this house and knew something wasn't quite right with the door. Patrick found what the inspector missed. The rod was holding on by one screw. Huge safety issue. He went right to work, fixed the problem, and kept me informed during the process. He was professional and although the problems were more extensive than we thought, it hums along quietly now. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!!

From the moment I called the office on a Saturday after noon and throughout the efficient and thorough repair, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Am appointment was booked within 2 hours of the call and, surprisingly, the crew was able to respond even quicker. Sam knew exactly what was needed, completed the repair, inspected and adjusted other issues and gave me advise on another product that is of interest. No attempt to upsell, just good advice. I believe the initial charge of $195 for service is too expensive and for this reason I will not be using your company in the future. Honestly it took your Technician longer to explain what he was going to do than performing the actual service. I also did not agree with your Technician assessment of the problem. I normally do not post negative ratings(only positive), but felt unless you receive feedback like this, you can't make changes.

Sam showed up on time and was awesome. He gave me a quote, explained how Precsion operates compares to Home Depot and started to work. He walked me through the app once installed. Our garage door was making a loud noise when closing. Sam was very good in fixing the noise by tightening/replacing several screws, tightening the chain, and straightening the left rail all in about 30 min. Granted that I agreed fixing the noise for $196. However, I just felt that $195.99 for just tightening up is a little too high.

Patrick Was my technician and he was very upfront and honest about pricing and I still The original spring type it into our Neighborhood over eight years ago. They don’t really tell you when they’re building it the cost of repairing an entire super long spring versus just replacing a few parts.
