I chose Precision to service my garage door again because of their excellent customer service. The entire staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The technician that came to my house today was Austin, he provided maintenance on my garage door in a timely manner and was extremely polite.

I chose your company because it came up when I checked for garage door repairs on my computer. The service yor company provided was very good and prompt. My only concern is that the newly installed springs are so tight that it is very hard to close the door.

Expensive and charged over $250 to spray a chain and not even open the motor or look at inside. Do maintenance yourself to save that. Also was told there was no charge to come out and got billed $49.00 for a trip fee. $200 was apparently to spray the chain with lube. Will not use again.

I saw Precision in the valucoupon mail circular. My expections were met 100 percent. I would rate the service a 5 star without reservation. Joshua is an excellent tech. He explained the three choices I had and allowed me to pick the one that met my needs. He replaced the main spring and door rollers. Absolutely professional!

Service technician had 9 years on the job experience. Receptionist answered my call, set up appointment same day. service technician fixed my one car garage door and got the two car garage door working correctly for the summer. very knowledgeable and great service. i highly recommend this company.

Appointment process was easy. Tech (Rick) called in advance and showed up 10 minutes early. Very professional and courteous. Knowledgable. Installed new opener and serviced our door in the time parameters he promised. Spent a little more than I'd planned, but given the professionalism and prompt arrival, good communication, it was worth it 100%.

They work with you to get it right(what you want) Installer was great and very helpful with questions asked. You cant go wrong with Precision. I got a beautiful new garage door with windows and the best lift master opener and 3 remotes and a keypad . Priced right and done right

My recent experience was not very good . I initially had an appointment between the hours of 4-6 only to find out (after calling ) that the person that set my appointment had me scheduled for the next day . And although they managed to fit me in the same day most of my day was gone and ,they technician that they sent seem to be in a hurry to get the appointment finished . So felt very rushed . And he didn’t appear to be very experienced. So needless to say I don’t plan to patronize Precision Doors no time in the near future .

I like like your prompt service. Although their wasn't anything wrong wrong with my door, except to reset the reset button The mechanic seemed to be knowledgeable at what he was doing. I will use your service again when needed PS I must say that the price of your service csll is the highest That I have ever seen. I think $195.00 is a little more than market value. Our door is now three years old and still looks brand new. It was making a bit of noise, so we called for s check up/tune up. Dale knew exactly where it needed periodic lubrications and took time to teach me how do do it for myself. Great, prompt response. Very highly recommended. It really wasn’t a “repair” just a lubrication service. Very happy, it is as quiet as a mouse now!

I'm sure the service is good, however I would recommend getting other estimates. They quoted to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The estimate said the spring alone was $299.00. I looked online and you can get the same spring for $50.00 to $100.00. I called other companies and they concurred. When I called this company back the manager said they stand behind their springs. I certainly hope so for that price.
