Evan was simply amazing! He was able to explain all the differences in the various models of door openers available. He gave a great overview of the features. Evan was able to begin work immediately which was completed within a less than expected amount of time, and shared his expertise on best operational use. Precision did a great job. Our service tech Evan was fantastic. He explained all the options to us and was very honest about what was and wasn't necessary. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need which was great. Plus the service was super fast. All in all our garage door went from being broken to almost brand new in about an hour and a half.
