Alex was the technician that came to my home. We had a broken spring, and he was able to explain everything beforehand. He showed me the parts and then put everything in place in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and the area he worked was clean. I had two new garage doors installed by Ryan Smith. He did an excellent job! After he got done he told me he had forgot a slide lock for one door. He came back later that day and put it in after he had put in a long day of work. I appreciated it so much! I would also like to compliment Technician Sam Alshara. He placed my order and was very informative. I also spoke with Customer Service Rep Brandi Folts-Longoria whom was very nice and professional. I would strongly recommend your company to friends and neighbors. The service was awesome!

The young man that came to fix my garage door was very nice and answered my questions to him with patience. My garage door is pretty heavy so I could not raise it up or down. He came out and got right on it. He had it fixed in less than an hour. He also gave me some ideas about purchasing a lighter weight garage door some day. I think the hot weather is not as hot with the heavier door, but I will be thinking about replacing it some day with a lighter weight one.

Joshua came to my house this morning to fix my garage door opener. It got stuck and would not open or shut. He came and took at look at it and said he needed to replace one of the springs with a bigger one. He went to his truck and got a new spring out of it and replaced the other spring within 30 minutes or less. The garage door is now working and I am a happy customer. He did not charge me for the spring since the other one did not work properly. I was so very happy with his help today. By the way, Joshua had come to my house a few months ago to fix another problem with my aging garage door, and he noticed a had a flat tire on my car. I had not noticed it. He voluntarily added some air to my tire so I would not have a flat on my way to get the tire fixed or replaced. I am a widow, so I could never have done that. I appreciate his genuine concern for me and I could not be happier with the service I have gotten from this wonderful company.

Gave me a confirmation of home appointment after the initial call. Received a call from the field tech 30minute before arrival. Provided excellent review and diagnosis of my hardware. Provided a quote for updated parts repair/replacement strategy. The field tech also provided a quote for all new door hardware systems to consider. In the end...we were able to refresh my current hardware, beefed up one of the weaker panels, replaced the springs, replaced the horizontal screw runner, greased the track.....left me with an outstanding repair and very quiet door. Very pleased with the service, fast, on time, excellent explanation and quality workmanship....the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Door Service

Christopher was very polite and helpful. My doors are heavy as they are 9 by 18 and he put in what i needed also he would work with me on the price so I had him go ahead and install the openers as mine were 22 years old. He was very helpful and I would rate his service as FIVE STAR. I chose Precision as they we're the first on the list when I pulled them up online and the other door people wanted to weigh my doors before they would give me a price. Also the lifetime warranty on the door springs helped me to decide as I have had the door springs replaced in the past. I got the rollers because they were lifetime and my others were plastic. Christopher also said if I had any problems to call him and he would help me.
