Residential Door Technician

We are seeking a Residential Door Technician to repair, install, service and provide solutions for residential garage doors and openers.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Diagnose problems and provide solutions for the customer
Perform on the spot service
Ability to lift 75lbs
Provide the highest level of Customer Service
Must maintain safe work environment upon completion of work and ensure job site is clean and clear of debris
Exceptional work ethic and strong attendance record
Must be able to pass Standard Drug Test and Criminal Background check
Must possess clean driving record and valid driver's license
Education requirements: H.S.Diploma or equivalent

Customer Service Representative

Will Perform all administrative and clerical tasks required to assist our customers, field technicians and general manager. Communications to include, telephone, text, email and fax. Order doors and gates needed for install. Schedule door ad gate installs.
