Our 40+ year old Genie / garage door broke. (outlasted Sears, didn't it!) The tech arrived within 2 hours which I appreciated as I had just come back from a medical checkup. He did his best trying to repair while keeping the parts replacement to a minimum. He ended up having to replace the motor and belt-track along with the springs, drums, cables and roolers. I tried to reassure him we didn't blame him for the old motor... the company still gave us a good price on the new replacement motor with a great warranty. Clean-up was efficient.

Great service! My technician was Sam and he made everything work better than it had in a long time. You can hardly hear the door moving now. He said he wouldn’t quit until I was completely satisfied and he didn’t! I also got immediate service.

Very good end to end sales to installation process. Sales person was not push, knew the pros and cons of competitors in the area, and created a custom solution for my home. Precision scheduled an appointment on the same day called within 4 hours but called later and asked if they could come an hour early which was great! Friendly service, knowledgeable and on-time, on Super Bowl Sunday no less. Pricing was a bit more than I expected but he thoroughly checked everything out and made recommendations that I put off without any hard sell.

Precision Garage Door installed a new opener as our old opener was failing to open the door. It was found the rollers were also defective. The repairs were completed the same day and we are very pleased with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable and guided me through what was required. He showed me how the new opener worked and even programmed the button on my car display which was above and beyond what he had to do. very pleased with the service and will recommend the company to friends and relatives needing repairs.

My garage door picked a real bad time to decide to come off the track (middle of the night as I was headed to work). I was able to call Precision and had a repairman out to my house in less than 24 hours. The technician, Joshua, after determining the problem(s), walked me through the entire repair process. I was actually quite surprised by how quickly he was able to complete all the work. The door is working better than ever, and I am confident that the repairs are going to last. I am very pleased with my decision to call Precision.

I made the call and Joshua was out by 5:00 P.M. He gave me the options we could use and warranties,, His knowledge of what is involved and what is needed was superior,,Once I told him which option he had this done in about 45 minutes,, My Wife and I are very pleased,,He took his time and is a very nice person,, I will recommend Precision to anyone,,Thanks Joshua and Precision for the Quality and Professionalism

Garage door would not close. Precision Service Man found that a previous company had installedc the wrong springs. Precision installed the proper springs and replaced the rollers. The door now works as it is supposed to. The Precision Service men did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend these people.

This rating is for Jeremy..... Jeremy is probably the best door installer Technician in the US. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He installed the new insulated garage doors in a precise workmanship way. He has some unique installation techniques to make sure the door is level. I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer and it was pleasure to watch him work. When he finished the job he cleaned up all the trash and put it in his truck. He even wiped down the doors to make sure that no hand prints were visible. He communicates extremely well and is well mannered.
